Cumberband and Bow Tie purchase
I bought a cumberband and a matching Bow Tie just before Christmas. But, when my order arrived, the Bow Tie was a tie-your-own one instead of a pre-tied one. At first, I didn't really pay much attention to it. Then a couple of months later, I decided to get in touch with the customer service team to check if they had the pre-tied bow tie that went with my cumberband. The lady I spoke to was really nice. She sorted out my previous order quickly and told me they had a pre-tied Bow Tie that matched. She sent it out that day, free of charge, and even gave me a prepaid envelope to return the wrong Bow Tie. The whole process was really easy and smooth, and I was so impressed with the great customer service I got.
Large quantity of ties for a wedding
I recently bought a bunch of ties for my wedding from this company. Everything went smoothly from placing the order to receiving it. Lilac swirl ties and bow ties purchase
I ordered 2 adult Lilac Swirl ties with pocket handkerchief and 2 children's Lilac Swirl bow ties from this company not long ago. I was a bit worried about the delivery time, but after waiting for a week, I was really pleased with the quality of the products. The ties look even nicer in real life than they did on the website, the colours are exactly like the online picture. They are really good quality and will be perfect for the wedding I bought them for. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Wedding Ties
I thought I'd order a couple of tie and handkerchief sets from this shop to check them out before my wedding. They came pretty quickly, which was nice. I wasn't too keen on one set, so I sent it back and got 5 more sets of the other design. The refund for the returned set was dealt with promptly within a week, and the second order arrived on time too. All in all, I had no problems with my order, and I was really happy with how good the ties and handkerchiefs were, and how fast they were sent out.

I was really pleased when I came across this website while looking for a pink polka dot tie and pocket square. I wasn't sure at first because the prices were so low, but I decided to go ahead and order anyway. I've bought loads of ties and accessories from this company and generally, I've been really happy with them. There was one time when there was a mistake with my order, but they sorted it out quickly and in a really professional way. Even though that happened, I've found the quality of their products to be good and their customer service to be excellent. I like how they pay attention to the little things and are willing to do more to make sure customers are happy.

My recent purchase
Oh my gosh, I had the most awful experience with this company! I ordered some things and they were meant to arrive really quickly, but they actually took ages. When I tried to contact them about it, they were so rude! They didn't seem to care at all that I was upset. And then they tried to blame someone else for the delay, like, seriously? And on top of it all, they wanted me to pay to return the items when they eventually arrived. Like, who has time for that? I wouldn't recommend ordering from them, check out the other reviews before you do.
Parcel delivery
I received an email letting me know when my parcel would arrive, and it came exactly as promised. The delivery driver was very friendly and even said goodbye and waved at me. I believe this company is excellent and I would highly recommend them for parcel deliveries. Great job, really!

Overcharged - Terrible Customer Service
I ordered something online and ended up being charged twice for the same item! It wasn't my fault, but DQT didn't send me two items, they just took my money twice. When I tried to sort it out with them, a lady named Lora was completely unhelpful. I spent ages chatting with her online and didn't get anywhere. Luckily, I paid with a credit card so I called them and had the extra charge reversed. DQT said they would contact me to resolve the issue, but they never did. I wouldn't trust them! If you do have to purchase from them, make sure to use a credit card for added protection in case they make a mistake like they did with me.
