    Child’s waistcoat

    Ordered an extra one for sizing purposes and returned one via Hermes shop in accordance with returns policy over a month ago and have not received a refund. I sent a copy of the receipt to DQT and they say it’s invalid… no option to take further just end of enquiry.. I mean what do I do? Terrible after service might as well just say you stole my money!!!!!

    They made it replaced as promised, of course taken four days.
    My choice was Black and Purple Floral wedding waistcoat but received Black and Purple wedding waistcoat ,no floral ,so replacement requested.
    No rates issue, no other problem. Quality is always an USP
