Suit for a school dance
Ordering my suit was a breeze and it came pretty quickly. However, trying to return it because it didn't fit was an absolute nightmare! I had to fill out a form, respond to a load of questions via email, and go through a lengthy process just to send it back. It was really frustrating! I believe they should make the return process more customer-friendly. Next time, I'll definitely check out other companies.
Child’s waistcoat
Ordered an extra one for sizing purposes and returned one via Hermes shop in accordance with returns policy over a month ago and have not received a refund. I sent a copy of the receipt to DQT and they say it’s invalid… no option to take further just end of enquiry.. I mean what do I do? Terrible after service might as well just say you stole my money!!!!!

One wedding waistcoat wrongly sent to me in different color shed which was not selected by me at the time of booking.
They made it replaced as promised, of course taken four days.
My choice was Black and Purple Floral wedding waistcoat but received Black and Purple wedding waistcoat ,no floral ,so replacement requested.
No rates issue, no other problem. Quality is always an USP
