Bought a tracksuit for my grandson at Christmas because his old one fell apart — he loved it so I nabbed another in the sale. Material's comfy, sizes true. Delivery was actually quick and customer service answered a daft question of mine without fuss. Reasonably priced too, so happy.
Relief after a slow start
Ordered an express DPD parcel for my son's birthday and panicked when it didn't arrive. I tried to use it that day; first impression was worry. A helpful agent refunded the express charge and offered a voucher — that’s when I was satisfied.
Half the parcel, double the emails
I first saw these on a mate’s Instagram and told my sister. Parcel arrived partly. Socks came later and were fine. Tracksuit bottoms never did. Customer service took ages to reply, lots of emails. They refunded the socks but insisted the bottoms were delivered, so I’m out of pocket. Not perfect, but the items I received work.
Not brilliant but sorted
Needed the item for a last-minute move and was getting worried after 20 days. Customer service was glib at first, but when they finally confirmed a refund and a partial replacement arrived I relaxed — oddly relieved, actually. Not great handling, but in the end I’m glad it ended up sorted.
