I first saw this bag on a mate’s Instagram and thought it looked decent, so I ordered it. When it arrived I was halfway happy until I noticed the packaging — Chinese labels everywhere, looked like it’d come straight from a factory. The moment I knew I was satisfied (odd to say) was when I’d packed it up to return it — felt right, like reclaiming my money. The seller agreed by email, I paid postage, then radio silence. Stitching was off, looked cheap — you can find near-identical things way cheaper elsewhere. Annoying, but at least I acted.
The strap gave up
they don’t sell straps on their own and suggested buying an entire new bag to swap straps. That’s not helpful. I said no. Then they offered a strap from a different colour, so it would look odd. I accepted just to get things sorted. Nearly two weeks on and I’ve heard nothing. No update, no tracking, no strap. Dry replies, little follow-up. I can cope with faults, but not with being ignored. Wouldn’t pick this brand again. Shame, because otherwise the bag felt nice in daily use.
Decent item, terrible returns
the item sort of works, but the customer service and returns are the part that ruined it for me.
