Fashion items not available in the US
Being a customer in the United States, I've stumbled upon End Clothing and let me tell you, it's a total find when it comes to getting my hands on some cool fashion pieces that you just can't find easily in America. Shoes
I bought some shoes from this store recently, but I'm not sure about shopping here again because of their return policy. It's based in the US, and the cost of sending things back is too high, especially with items like shoes where getting the right size can be difficult. The return fee might end up being more than what you paid for the actual shoes, which is not just annoying but also seems like a waste of money. I really liked the shoes I got, so it's a shame, but the idea of being stuck with something that doesn't fit is putting me off buying more stuff in the future. It would be good if they had a more customer-friendly way of dealing with returns - that would make me more likely to give them another go.

Recently, I was lucky enough to snag a pair of Travis 1 lows from this company after winning a raffle. Let me tell you, they are hands down the best shoes I've ever won from a raffle, even better than what I've got from SNKRS. The quality of these shoes totally blew me away, surpassing all my expectations. I am so thankful for this opportunity. Oh my goodness, I'm so excited - I actually won the raffle for the Travis Scott Jordan 1 Low Elkins from END.! This is definitely the biggest win I've ever had! The raffle was totally fair and when I found out I'd won, I was over the moon. The shoes arrived in a really nice package all the way from New Castle, United Kingdom to Jacksonville, Florida, USA. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

The trainers from this site were a lot cheaper than other places I looked at, and they arrived just 4 days after I ordered them. Aleska in customer service was really helpful and quick to respond, giving me all the info I needed. I'll certainly be coming back to this site next time I want to buy something.

I was a little hesitant about buying these shoes because they were cheaper than normal, but I was really surprised! They came in less than a week, even with international shipping! The customer service was brilliant, they were so helpful. I'm really pleased with my purchase, I got the super birkenstocks for nursing school and they're exactly what I needed! Lost shoe incident
Recently I had a bit of a bummer situation with End Clothing. I live in a house-share and DPD delivered a pair of shoes for me. Unfortunately, someone else got hold of them before I could. I got in touch with End Clothing straight away and asked for a refund, but they said they wouldn't do it. I tried to explain that the DPD driver handed over the package without checking who it was for, but End Clothing insisted that DPD did nothing wrong.
Luxury clothing items
I bought some fancy clothes from this store and, to be honest, the quality was pretty good. But I was a bit gutted when the box they came in was all battered and bruised. I mean, I splashed some serious cash on these threads, so I was hoping for a bit more TLC when it came to the packaging.
My order got returned due to customs
Customer support is taking forever to get back to me! My order was returned by customs due to some paperwork problem. It's been 5 days since it was sent back, and I still haven't received a refund. They're not responding to my queries either. Come on, get it sorted out!
2 sneakers
I ordered two pairs of shoes from this website, but it's taking forever for them to arrive. They keep telling me they're working on it, but I haven't seen any real progress. I had to get my bank involved to try and sort out a refund. It's all so frustrating!

I bought some new shoes and they arrived in a really sturdy box. The shoes were in excellent condition and it felt like they had been delivered from another planet, they were that good. The customer service was fantastic and I felt really important. I'm excited to purchase more things from this place!
Clothing item
I bought some clothes from that shop the other day, but they didn't fit me properly. So, I sent them back the next day using the QR code they gave me. I dropped it off at the Royal Mail and got a receipt. But it's been more than a week now, and I haven't heard anything from them about my return. No message to say they've got it or that they're sorting it out. It's a bit disappointing that they're not keeping me in the loop, makes me question their customer service.
