Three items cancelled due to lack of availability
I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I ordered three items that were meant to be in stock on their website, but then I got an email two days later saying they were all cancelled because they didn't actually have them. What a waste of my time and energy! If they don't have the items, they shouldn't pretend to customers that they do. It's a shame because the company has a good idea, but they failed big time in making it work. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again and I'll be cancelling my account.

Endource Trading Limited has a good idea, but their implementation is really not up to scratch. My first order didn't arrive, and after waiting for two weeks with no updates, I had to cancel it and buy the items somewhere else. When I tried again, I came across a checkout error that's been stopping me from finishing my purchase for three days now. Their customer service has been slow to reply, still investigating the issue more than 24 hours later. Endource, this is your third strike with me. I hope they can improve their service and fix the problems because the idea is promising, but the reality is disappointing.
Clothing items
I had a right old mare with my order from this company. They sent me a message saying there was dodgy stuff going on with my account, so they cancelled my order. But get this - they still took payment twice and didn't even send me anything. The lack of info and not keeping me in the loop was really annoying and let me down big time.
