I wasn't sure about ordering — bit worried about delivery and quality, but it arrived quickly with tracking and the bits are spot on. Really pleased, would buy again, maybe try more stuff.
Quick, helpful guidebook
I wasn't sure if buying the EH guidebook ahead of our Eltham Palace visit would be worth it — thought it might be overkill. A mate had recommended it and I saw it on the EH site, so I ordered. It turned up next day, neatly packed, and reading it made the visit much clearer. Quite pleased.
Packaging saved the day
I wasn't sure at first — ordered a couple of pressie bits on a Wednesday morning and expected delays, but they turned up next morning, just before Christmas. I was half expecting a disaster because the outer box was knackered, but the way they'd wrapped the replica helmet in bubble wrap and packed it, it was fine; very well oiled and true to the original, so that was a relief. The Trilithon stone silver earrings are lovely, my wife will wear them every day I reckon, and sturdy enough for daily wear. Bit wary initially, ended up properly pleased.
