Rugby jersey and hat
I thought about getting some England rugby gear for a mate, but I saw some bad reviews about the old shop so I tried the England Rugby Store instead. It was easy peasy and no bother at all. The stuff was top-notch and even better than I hoped for, my friend was chuffed with them. I'd definitely tell other rugby fans to check this shop out. Cheers!
BEST ONLINE STORE FOR RUGBY SPORT ACCESSORIES
England Rugby let me think out of my sceptical thinking of ' not buying sports stuff online' so I was quite impressed the quality they assure, brands variety and actually they have everything a rugby player want to buy whether one is professional or hobbyist or a student player in his school.
So I love to shop from here.Rugby merchandise
I recently bought some rugby gear from this shop. They had a great selection, especially after the 6 Nations. The products arrived pretty quickly, which was a bonus.
England rugby top
I bought this England rugby top and it was really nice! However, I had an issue and wanted to return it, but they wouldn't give me a refund. PayPal didn't assist me either! The returns department claimed they never received it even though I sent it. Royal Mail mentioned they couldn't deliver it to that address! What a chaotic situation!
Official England Rugby merchandise
I recently bought some official England Rugby gear from their online shop, but sadly, I was not happy with the experience. The ordering part went smoothly, but I had trouble with the delivery of my package. I got an email saying it was on its way, only to get another one later on, saying it was being sent back to the warehouse because of a failed delivery attempt. I was really let down by the lack of communication and professionalism. When I spoke to customer service on chat, they told me it would take a huge 3 weeks to get a refund for my order. To top it off, when I asked about making a complaint, I was surprised to find out there wasn't even a way to do that. This kind of customer service is just not on, it's honestly a joke.
Slippers purchase review
I recently bought a pair of slippers for my son from the England Rugby Store, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality. After only wearing them a few times, the sole started to come away from the upper, showing that they were made from really cheap materials. When I got in touch with the company about this problem, they only offered me a 30% discount voucher for my next purchase, and I felt that wasn't good enough. I insisted on getting a full refund because the slippers clearly weren't up to standard. The customer service staff weren't helpful at all, and it took lots of emails and threats of legal action before I finally got my money back, and that was after waiting for over two months.
Rugby coat
I bought a 3/4 length padded rugby coat from this shop recently and I must say I'm really let down by the quality. I've only worn it for a few rugby matches last season and a couple of games this season, but the lining has torn badly on both inside seams. I paid £100 for it and I was expecting much better quality and durability for that price. My advice would be to steer clear of this shop if you want your clothes to last.
England Rugby Kit
I recently ordered an England Rugby Kit online but had a terrible experience with this company. After placing my order, I waited for 10 days without any updates or communication, even though they had already taken payment. I tried to contact them via email, but my messages were returned, and when I tried to call, the phone line wouldn't connect. The chat service was also unhelpful as I couldn't speak to a real person. In the end, I had to open a case with PayPal to get a refund. I would recommend avoiding this company as it seems they struggle to fulfill orders and do not prioritize customer satisfaction.
Rugby top purchase for upcoming 6 Nations
I bought a rugby top from this shop back in January. I went for the 2-day delivery so I could have it in time for the 6 Nations. But it's already March and I still haven't got my order. What makes it worse is that no one has got back to me after all my calls and emails asking about my order. This kind of customer service is really bad and not ok. My shopping experience at this store has been awful and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Reversible England hats
I bought two reversible England hats from the store the other day and I went for fast delivery as I needed them in a hurry for a trip to France. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I was disappointed to see that the white side of the hats was dirty. It was strange to me that there was an extra handling charge on top of the fast delivery fee. Even though I wasn't happy about the situation, I chose not to complain or send the hats back after considering other reviews I had seen.
England Rugby merchandise
I used to really enjoy going to the England Rugby store in person, but now that they've teamed up with another company, it's just not the same. This new company, Fanatics or Kitbag, have started adding a handling fee to every order, which I find quite ridiculous. I've never encountered this kind of thing before, and it feels like they're just trying to get more money out of us customers. To top it off, they charge £6 for returns and the whole refund process is painfully slow. I sent something back via Royal Mail two weeks ago and I've heard nothing back about getting my money back. It's so annoying and disheartening to see the England Rugby store's good name being dragged through the mud by being associated with a company that seems to care more about making a profit than taking care of its customers. Until they ditch Fanatics or Kitbag, I won't be spending any more money with them.
Oversized hoodie
I would rate this store one star, but honestly, I think I'm being too kind! It was a total nightmare. I bought a hoodie that was supposed to be oversized, but it was more like a tent than actual clothing. Not to mention, the postage fees for the return were outrageous, and it took forever for them to process it. The whole experience was a disaster. I strongly advise staying away from this store at all costs!
England hoody purchase
Don't trust the size guide on this website! I believed it and ended up getting a hoody that's as big as a tent. It was Black Friday, so I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned out to be a disaster. On top of that, the delivery cost was high, and I had to pay an extra handling fee. To make matters worse, there are no free returns or exchanges. They want customers to pay £6 to send something back! So now I'm stuck with a choice of keeping a hoody I can't even wear or losing money by sending it back. It's a no-win situation, and I won't be making that mistake again. The website doesn't really care about customer satisfaction, that's for sure.
Rugby merchandise
Being a big rugby fan, I thought I'd treat myself to some top-quality rugby gear from the store. I was really impressed by the range of products they had and the detailed info on the website. Ordering was easy and I got confirmation emails right away. But I was a bit let down when I had to send one item back because of sizing problems. It annoyed me having to pay extra for the return, which made me wonder if it was worth it. Overall, the service was okay, but I reckon they should offer free delivery and returns to make customers really happy and want to come back.
