BEST ONLINE STORE FOR RUGBY SPORT ACCESSORIES
England Rugby let me think out of my sceptical thinking of ' not buying sports stuff online' so I was quite impressed the quality they assure, brands variety and actually they have everything a rugby player want to buy whether one is professional or hobbyist or a student player in his school.

Paid extra for next day delivery.
Ordered late on Tuesday 25th so obviously didn't expect my order to come on Wednesday 26th but did expect it on Thursday 27th which was what was on the confirmation email, when i enquired where my parcel was i was told it would be with me on Friday and next day delivery is from when it has been dispatched from the warehouse. F××K knows what they were doing all day on Wednesday but do not know how they can get away with saying delivery next business day and cgarging you extra when that is not the case.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience, the worst I have ever experienced from a company.
This is what you get from trying to support your team!
I have been chasing various parts of this order since Nov 20, it is now Mar 21. I have lost count of the number of emails sent back and forth. I WISH I had cancelled this order when it failed to arrive time and time again in the beginning...regardless of being changed extortionate amounts for next day P&P! Customer services have not got a clue, they do not read your emails just send you to their website, which was obviously my first point of call, but does not answer the problems I am experiencing....hence.... customer services!
I am STILL chasing money I am owed, in excess of £130.00, as they have now sent it to the wrong account.....not mine! I am now having to start emailing to chase my money!
THIS WHOLE PROCESS....WHICH IS STILL NOT RESOLVED....IS PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!Gifts
Products are ok, postage is extortionate considering it doesn’t arrive on time and arrives damaged. Customer service is appalling and on that basis would not order from them again, better off ordering from 3rd party site. 23 emails to and fro and still problem has not been sorted satisfactorily. Avoid at all costs.
