I needed smarter shoes for a work conference and, honestly, I’d had a bad online-sneaker moment before. Delivery hit a snag with the address, but customer service sorted it fast. Shoes arrived beautifully packed and quickly. They were lovely but too big, and the return was really simple. Proper relieved and will buy again.
Almost gave up, but wide saved them
I nearly didn't buy these — past wedding shoes had bitten into my feet so I was wary. Bought the normal width first and got painful blisters, then switched to the wide fit. That made all the difference; comfy for the day, relieved but a touch annoyed at the first try.
Just what my back needed
Bought these trainers because my bad back means I need decent support for long days. Comfortable from first wear. Delivery came earlier than expected. Had to email customer service about sizing; they answered next day and were helpful. Still cautious to wear them in wet weather, but generally pleased.
Still a fan
I ordered these last week and, as usual, they arrived really quickly — courier next day, which was a lovely surprise. Popped them on straight away and they were comfy from the off, actually better than I expected. Returns are painless if needed (small fee) and customer service is friendly. Bought a couple before, probably not the last.
Didn't even notice them
Halfway through New Year’s Eve I realised I wasn't thinking about my feet at all — proper sign of a good sandal. I'd wanted these blue velvet ones for ages and the first night I danced without a single twinge. Since then they've been my go-to for quick errands, casual evenings and longer days out. They look flattering, feel soft and I'm genuinely chuffed they lived up to the hype.
