Was half expecting the worst after weeks of silence. I’d ordered a Lando Norris doughnut picture on 9 December and had emailed for updates — replies were vague, so I was annoyed. I’ve bought from them before, and when the parcel finally turned up and the print was exactly as shown (undamaged) I relaxed. Not perfect, but satisfied in the end.
Looks ace, provenance dodgy
Bought this framed Red Bull wing to spruce up the spare room after a move — needed something with proper motorsport cred (couldn’t make races thanks to a dodgy back), not just posters. Opening it felt odd because I’d been told it was a Grand Prix-used piece from the RB10, but after a bit of digging (and an email to Red Bull) it turns out it was a spare, never raced. So yes, I felt a bit stitched up. That said, the frame and wing itself look great on the wall, solid build and decent finish — not junk. Service was meh and for the price I expected proper provenance. Good for looks, not for authenticity.
Gone wrong at every turn
I first saw the chequered flag on Instagram and thought, nice — I even tipped a mate about it, told him to grab one. Turns out that was the start of a long, messy dance. Paid a hefty delivery charge at checkout (felt odd, no explanation) and then… silence. No tracking, no updates, nothing until I chased them well after the race had finished. At first I got ignored — really ignored — until I said I’d dispute the payment because the guaranteed delivery window had passed. Only then did someone apologise and say there’d be a 10-day delay because they were short on materials. Fine, fair enough, okay.
But two weeks later a DHL message lands asking me to pay nearly £70 extra to accept the parcel. That cost never appeared at checkout, there was no heads-up. I contacted customer service again and was given a link that, frankly, absolves them and dumps the problem on me (it’s buried, not obvious when buying). The whole thing felt like passing the buck.
And the last bit — the photo of the flag they sent to show I got what I paid for — there’s no sign of the tiny square I specifically paid extra for. So how can they prove it was ever part of that flag or even at that race? I’m disappointed, a bit annoyed, and wary of recommending this to anyone now. Service and delivery were the real issues here, not the product itself. I wanted it to be straightforward; instead it became a hassle I didn’t expect.Tiny token, big let-down
Not buying again — the photos lied. I ordered two F1 display pieces a few weeks ago because the online images looked tidy and full; when they arrived the actual memorabilia barely covered the mount, leaving about a third empty. First impression was disappointment more than anger, like getting a small sticker instead of a poster. Tried to make a long-term thing of it, but it feels a bit scammy, frankly.
Same thing every time
I unpacked the third acrylic nose cone and it felt exactly like the others. Solid enough, smooth surface, slightly heavier than I expected and the edges are clean, but every single one is plain black. I started buying these in 2019 to use as display parts, and at first the weight and finish felt quite decent — that was my first impression each time — but it quickly becomes obvious there’s no variety. I asked on the last order if they could avoid all-black and was told that’s all they had. Delivery and replies were fine, just a bit disappointing for over £700 spent.
