Official F1 shirts
I bought some official F1 shirts from the online store not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Ordering was a breeze, got a confirmation email with a tracking number and my package arrived even earlier than I thought it would. The shirts were top quality and definitely worth the wait. And to top it off, the prices were fair, way better than what you'd find from resellers. All in all, a fantastic shopping experience that I'd definitely suggest to any F1 fan out there.
Christmas T-Shirts and Hoodies
I had a really good time shopping at this store. The website was easy to use and had nice clear pictures of the things I wanted to buy. Buying Christmas presents was a breeze, no stress at all. The T-shirts and hoodies I got were top-notch quality and went down a treat with the people I gave them to. All in all, I'm very happy with how it all went.
Clothing items
I was really disappointed with my experience in this shop. The sizing guide online was completely wrong, so I had to swap the items for different sizes. It was a pain as there wasn't a clear exchange option, so I had to return and buy the same items again in the correct sizes. I lost my original discount and had to pay for the return postage too! It was a frustrating and expensive experience that could have been avoided if the sizing info was right and the exchange process was better. I wasn't happy with the service at all.
Limited edition F1 poster
I bought a limited edition F1 poster from the store the other day, but when it arrived, it was actually just a roll of Christmas wrapping paper! Naturally, I was really disappointed and annoyed about the mix-up, especially as the item wasn't cheap. I decided to contact customer service by email to let them know what had happened, and I'm pleased to say they sorted it out pretty quickly. Thankfully, I finally got the correct F1 poster that I wanted. Although it was a bit of a letdown at first, I'm grateful for the efficient help from customer service in the end.
Official F1 Merchandise
This shop is great for ordering all your F1 gear. The whole process is easy, paying is simple, and they keep you updated every step of the way. And to top it off, my delivery came early and on time. Can't fault that level of efficiency. Brilliant!
Ayrton Senna Backpack and AlphaTauri Bucket hat
I received my order really fast, even though it was shipped from a long distance! The only issue I had was with the packaging. The plastic bag for the hat was much larger than the one for the backpack. It wasn't a major problem, just a bit strange!
Mercedes t-shirt
This store is just ridiculous. I ordered a Mercedes t-shirt in February and they only got back to me in May to say my order was cancelled. Such a waste of time. I wouldn't even bother suggesting this store to anyone. Their service is absolutely terrible, definitely the worst I've ever come across.
Returns issue
I encountered a little problem with my return, but I have to admit, the company really impressed me with how they dealt with it. They took complete responsibility for the issue and went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the result. After the amazing customer service I experienced, my trust in them has definitely been regained, and I will happily shop with them again in the future. A big well done to the team for fixing things up!
Max Verstappen t-shirt for grandson
I bought a Max Verstappen t-shirt for my grandson and was really excited for it to arrive. But I ended up getting three emails saying the delivery date was delayed. The lack of communication and help from the store really let me down. Now I have to let my 16-year-old grandson down too, and that's really annoying. I won't be suggesting this store to anyone I know.
Delayed orders, wrong size, returns process
I recently bought some stuff from The F1 Store, and unfortunately, each order was delayed. On top of that, I accidentally got the wrong size for a couple of items so I had to send back two out of the three things I bought. I went through the return process online, but to my disappointment, the parcel sat in the warehouse for more than 20 days with no progress, just stuck on "Parcel has been added to pallet". I had to chat with their support team multiple times to get any sort of response or update on my return. To add to the frustration, they didn't want to cover the full cost of the return delivery, even though I did everything right following their instructions. All in all, my experience with The F1 Store was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
F1 merchandise
The products are really good quality, but I did find the prices a bit high. Ordering was easy and the customer service team were really helpful when I needed assistance. It was a bonus that the delivery arrived on time too.
Ferrari Team Cap
Back in March, I ordered a Ferrari team cap expecting it to be shipped within a week. Time passed, and no updates or tracking information came through. After lots of emails and calls, I did eventually get a refund for the shipping cost. But then, to add insult to injury, I was told the cap was no longer available. It's just not on - what a mess of a company!
Cool jacket
I had a great experience ordering from this place, mate. They kept me updated about my jacket from the moment I clicked BUY to when it arrived at my doorstep. The quality is excellent - not only does it keep me warm, but it also prevents me from overheating, which is perfect! I think I'll definitely be returning to purchase more items in the future.
Clothing and accessories
The website was really easy to use, which made shopping super quick and smooth for me. I managed to find everything I needed, and my parcel arrived earlier than expected, especially with all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! Return Shipping Issue
I recently dealt with the customer service team at this shop and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. At first, I had an issue with returning an item that didn't fit me properly. The cost of returning it was higher than the original shipping fee, which was annoying. However, when I got in touch with customer service, they were very quick to reply and assist me. They explained why the return cost was high and even gave me a discount code for my next order. I'm grateful for their speedy and supportive help, it completely turned my bad experience around.
Gift for brother
I had a problem with my parcel, but the customer service team acted fast and sorted it out within a day. My brother really loved the gift's quality. All in all, I'm very happy and will definitely shop with them again.
F1 clothing purchase
I recently bought some F1 clothing from this shop and I have to say, I was really let down by how long it took for my order to arrive. I waited a whole month and started to worry it was all a con, especially as I couldn't find anyone to ask about my order. But then, after I left a review, someone got in touch and explained what was going on. Even though it was late, my package did turn up in the end and I was happy with how the staff dealt with the problem.
Weekend tickets purchase
I bought a couple of weekend tickets from The F1 Store as a birthday gift for a pal. I wasn't too happy about how it all went down, though. Luke, the person I talked to, was nice, but the answer he gave wasn't up to scratch. I splashed out over £700 on those tickets but all I got was a template to download and print. That just seemed a bit lacking compared to what other companies like Virgin Experience and Buyagift offer. They give you a nice gift pack, even if the tickets aren't physically included. It would have really made the birthday celebration extra special for my friend.
F1 team shirt
I bought a shirt from this store recently, which had the logo of an F1 team on it. At first, I was really impressed with how good it looked and the quality of the design. Unfortunately, my excitement didn't last long when I spotted a small black mark on the front, just below the picture of the car. Since Christmas was around the corner, I didn't have the time to deal with exchanging it, so I had to give it as a gift with the flaw. It definitely dampened my happiness with the purchase, so I had to give it four stars instead of five.
Women's and Men's Mercedes Tops
The ordering was pretty easy, but it's a shame there were delays. I was told my women's Mercedes top would be dispatched the next day, but instead, I kept getting emails saying it was delayed for over a month. Then, to make matters worse, the men's Mercedes top I wanted was just refunded because they didn't have it in stock. On the bright side, I got the goods from McLaren and Alpine without any problems. It's been really annoying as a customer to see this inconsistency in stock availability. It's hard to know if something is actually in stock or not.
