i bought red bull t-shirt and cap from the F1 store. i am very satisfied with the product as well the charges. also, the delivery was fast and i got my order easily.
Alpine Shirt
Ordered and XL Shirt… they sent an XL shirt slim fit. Slim fit was not advertised but they will not exchange and are going to charge me $20 to send back. Do NOT use these people. Horrific service
Red Bull Racing 2022 Team Tshirt
Order never arrived. I ordered it on December 6th. It is now December 29th. F1 can’t give me a valid tracking number and they refuse to refund or send a replacement. It is very difficult to get in touch with them. They claim they offer chat, but there are never any chat agents available. They respond via email, but I have received four different answers and none of them tells me what they are going to do to resolve the issue.

In the F1 store I have spent over 150 pounds for the stuff did not match the sizes described on the webpage. I wrote several messages (emails) to get the item exchange to right size - without any answer. I attempted to the process on line but the beck shipment price was unbelievable high, no use to ship it back (from Poland). I am highly not recommending this shop. Waste of money and time.
Order a cap
Never received the item I order. The costumer services never explain why it did arrive to my address. Never received a refund. Really really strange. They take months to replay to an email.

Do not buy from this store. Only premium rate phone number if you need to speak with them and the live chat option just consistently tells you the operators are busy and go to faq. I returned a faulty item and paid shipping costs both ways which should have been refunded but were not. E mailed several times , no reply. Shocking service.
2 petronas hats
I place an order with the store on FEBRUARY 28 2020 for my hisbands birthday. It is now APRIL 15 2020... still have no hats or my money returned. I have been in contact with this company several times and it goes from wait a few more days , to what is your address, to the last two of we have recieved word that the mail has been reporting that they have been recieved alot of the products lately check with the post office. Tell me how this is how you run a company. Just resend my stuff or refund my money
