I remember the moment I flicked on the Taylor LED first thing and thought, yep — this is better than I expected. I’d just unboxed the Mini and the Mila 2 Luxe (a touch of bling, admittedly) and used them straight away for my morning routine. The light’s even, the magnifier actually helps, and the look is nicer than the photos. I do faff with brightness sometimes, but their support replied fast and that made me properly happy. It’s now part of my daily prep.
Stole a peek, kept it
Seen it on my mate’s dressing table and nicked a look — that’s where this started. I’ve had their Vera with the Lara 10x and a Mila purse mirror for ages; recently added the 10x travel and a slim Taylor for my travel make-up bag, plus another Taylor to give away. They feel solid in the hand, the lights do a decent job and the 10x helps with lashes (no more stabbing myself), though the hinge is a tad stiff and the battery seems to drain quicker than I’d hoped. Overall, still handy, not perfect, but I keep coming back.
A mirror that just fits
Watching a morning show at breakfast I spotted a neat, slim mirror and thought, why not. First one arrived and honestly — it feels solid, the glass is crisp and it hangs flat against the wall, which I didn't expect. I liked it so much I ordered a bigger one and one for my mum. I missed the bit about separate shipments and briefly panicked when the larger box didn't turn up. Rang them, and they'd actually already emailed me the separate tracking — saved me a lot of faff. If you buy more than one, double-check the tracking. Proper good buy, really.
Unexpectedly helpful lot
offered swaps so at least some arrived on time, and when I couldn't work out why one wouldn't charge (my fault), they walked me through it calmly. Proper relieved — lovely kit, feels solid, and the aftercare was the highlight. Told a mate to buy one.
Little mirror, solid support
I'd buy this again. I picked up a handheld Fancii light-up mirror from Amazon and used it almost daily for over a year — first impression was that it was bright, compact and really handy for quick touch-ups. After about a year a tiny clip on the battery door gave way so the light wouldn't stay on, even though the LEDs were fine. I contacted customer service; they couldn't send the spare part but offered a full replacement free of charge. It turned up roughly a month later due to back-orders and the battery door is slightly redesigned now. Not flawless, but satisfied with product and support.
