I wasn't sure what to expect, but the dress really surprised me. The material has a proper stretch and sits nicely across the shoulders — flattering without clinging, which I liked. Sewing and finish are solid; only tiny nitpick is buttons/pips not included, so you’ll need to source those. Ordering site was a bit vague on sizes, so check measurements closely. Overall quite pleased, looks great at the con and held up well on the day.
Paid for speed, got silence
I needed this for a moving day and paid extra for DHL/FedEx 5–7 day delivery because timing mattered. After a few days it was clear it wasn’t arriving, so I sent about seven emails asking for a refund or at least an update. All I got were canned replies like “stay safe, be patient” — no real info. It’s now over two weeks, the item’s useless to me and still no refund. Properly annoying, I’m annoyed too.
Not great for last‑minute costumes
not reliable for anything time‑sensitive. I bought a Loki crown for Halloween and needed it for my outfit. The piece itself looked decent and felt weighty, but it arrived bent clean in half — they'd jammed it into a tiny box so it was stuck and totally unwearable. I told them straight away. They offered a replacement, which would be no use because it wouldn't arrive in time. They would only refund if I posted the damaged item back to China at my own cost, which would have been more than the crown was worth. If it had arrived intact I would've been happy. As it is, their customer service was slow and unhelpful. Nice design when it survives the trip, but buyer beware.

A bit of a saga
I first spotted this costume on a cosplay group — a mate had posted a pic and told me to order it, so I did. I asked for it custom-made, but when the parcel turned up there was a big L on the label and I knew straight away it wasn't made for me. That initial 'oh no' was real. After a lot of emails and calling, and a fair bit of waiting, they agreed to accept it back and promised to replace it. I had to pay about £30 to post it back (annoying given the dress was roughly £90), but I kept the tracking and checked obsessively. The moment I knew I could breathe was when the new one arrived and actually fit — not perfect, but close enough. So, messy process, petulant customer service, but I got something wearable in the end.
Spot-on uniform, great support
really pleased. I ordered the Picard S2 Starfleet red for a comic con and it looked like it came off the telly. I first saw Fanrek after a mate in my cosplay group posted a photo — so I went for it. The fabric felt comfy and the stitching looked tidy. At first I thought it was perfect, then realised the fit was a bit too snug (I'm in that awkward in-between-size zone). I emailed them rather nervously. They replied quickly and helped arrange a swap into a better size, even double-checked my new measurements so I wouldn't mess it up again. Delivery was prompt too. Small tip: measure properly before ordering, it saves faff. All in all I'm glad I took the chance — saved the day for con prep and I’m thankful they handled the little hiccup without any drama. Would recommend if you want decent quality and people who actually help.
