I was half expecting delays being in Australia, but the moment they confirmed the parcel was on its way and answered my WhatsApp questions straightaway I relaxed — that's when I knew it would be fine. Communication was clear, they guided me through the purchase. Not flawless, delivery took a bit longer, but overall I'm pleased and would recommend them.
