I was half-unpacked after a stressful move and needed a light moisturiser — previous greasy ones broke me out. I ordered this on a bit of a whim, sceptical about the price. Delivery turned up on time, nicely packaged, and customer service answered a question quickly. Texture is light, non-greasy, and I'm pretty pleased now.
Mid-move skin saver
Halfway through a chaotic week of moving, my skin went haywire — red, patchy and dull — so I grabbed the Time-Filler and the NCEF line to try and salvage it. The cream feels sort of gel-like, sinks in fast and doesn’t sit greasy on my face; the meso-mask plus the mask-scrub is oddly comforting, a gentle scrub that doesn’t hurt, just smooths things out. I messaged the French customer team about batch codes and expiry dates and they replied in under an hour, fixed it all in minutes. Proper relieved, really.
Not what I expected, but the cream is decent
rich but not greasy, sinks in after a minute, leaves skin matte rather than shiny. Smell is faint, almost clinical, nothing overpowering. I used it morning and night for a week and saw the usual mild softening — nothing miraculous, but pleasant to use. So I’m glad I tried it, happy it didn’t irritate me, and a little grateful that the product itself delivered on basic expectations. That said, the whole run-around on samples and the non-existent customer service left a bad taste; I’d tell others to try a tester in-store first if you can, or be prepared to buy to test. Useful product, poor pre-sale experience.
