the online checkout was straightforward and confirmation arrived. Then... silence on delivery day. They apparently phoned a few times from an unknown 800 number that came up as spam on my phone, no voicemail, nothing. On Sunday I get an email saying the "baby block vase" wasn't available and they'd substitute a vase arrangement, which I agreed to. Fine, okay. Monday brings another email saying there was no shop in their network but they'd found an outside florist who wanted an extra $45. That felt like a bait‑and‑switch, so I refused — they offered to cover $10, asking me for $35. I said cancel it. Now it's Tuesday and still no flowers and no decent resolution. I appreciate quick fixes and honest communication; this was neither. I can see there was an effort to find someone, but the repeated, unclear messages and the last‑minute surcharge left me annoyed and disappointed. If you hate surprises on price or poor follow‑through, be careful. Might try a local shop next time — that way at least you can sort things face to face.
