So, not perfect, but I’m relieved it wasn’t left hanging and they did take responsibility after I persisted. If you rely on strict same-day delivery, be prepared to follow up; if you’ve got a backache or a tight deadline, maybe allow a bit more time. Grateful it ended well enough, just wish the first contact had been clearer.

I’m actually glad my daughter liked the flowers when they finally arrived, so that saved it from being worse, but the whole experience was chaotic. I appreciate quick fixes and honest communication; this was neither. I can see there was an effort to find someone, but the repeated, unclear messages and the last‑minute surcharge left me annoyed and disappointed. If you hate surprises on price or poor follow‑through, be careful. Might try a local shop next time — that way at least you can sort things face to face.
