Midway through the month I was wondering if it was lost, no updates from the seller until I chased them — tedious. In the end the kayak arrived intact and actually better than I feared. I've had faster deliveries from others, but the build quality surprised me.
Delivery saved the day
We were mid-week when the delivery turned up, and honestly I wasn’t expecting much—until the driver rang and offered to deliver them by hand. They’d missed part of our order but sorted alternatives on the spot. Haven’t paddled yet, but they look proper solid and neat.
Sorted in one go
Knew I was happy when I opened the box — all bits there, quick dispatch. A tiny scratch, but decent value.
Nice glide, small faff
Bit rough to load solo but once on the Flow kayak it paddles smooth, feels stable and light to shove about. Staff were sound, arrived quickly — glad.
