My experience with Flymedi was absolutely fantastic. Everyone I met, from the medical team to the hotel staff, was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. My translator, Akıncan, was really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, always there to answer my questions and provide assistance when needed. Dr Yalcın and his team were so respectful of my needs and made sure I felt comfortable and safe during the surgery. The operation was a success, and I'm so grateful for the amazing care I received from Dr Yalcın and the lead nurse. I had two check-ups after the surgery before I left Istanbul, and they gave me detailed information in case I had any questions or concerns when I got back to the UK.

Booking my surgery with Flymedi was really easy and efficient. The team answered all my questions quickly and gave me useful information all the way through. Even though my luggage got lost, they helped sort it out straight away. The pick-ups were always on time and the staff were so nice and helpful. I have to mention Hazar, who went above and beyond to take care of me and made me laugh too. Maria did a brilliant job coordinating everything smoothly. The surgery went well and the surgeon did an amazing job. I'm healing nicely at home now and I'm really pleased with how it all turned out. Plus, the cost was much more affordable than in the US.

Dental work abroad through a medical tourism company
I went overseas to have some dental work done with the help of a medical tourism company and I was really happy with how everything turned out. My guide and translator, Ozan, did a fantastic job of making sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. He was really professional and knew his stuff, but he also made sure I felt relaxed and at ease the whole time. He was always punctual and took the time to explain every part of my dental treatment and appointments to me. The clinic staff were also really nice and friendly, which made me feel right at home and well looked after during my visit.

Initially, there was some confusion because someone forgot to give the doctor all the information they needed. I felt really anxious about the procedure, but during the consultation, Dr. Tugce and Ozan really put me at ease. They were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions I had. Ozan was always checking in and ready to assist with any queries. It's only been 9 days since the operation, so it's too soon to see the final results, but I'm really pleased with the care I got in Turkey!
Rhinoplasty surgery
I just had rhinoplasty surgery with the amazing team at Flymedi. Ana, Alexandra and Dr. Hakki were absolutely fantastic. They really went above and beyond in every way. From the first meeting to the follow-up care, they looked after me so well. Ana and Alexandra were brilliant at keeping me in the loop and making sure I felt relaxed all the way through.
