They look tiny on the tray, but they fill the room within minutes. I joined the monthly wax-melt club and that made things easier. The coffee-cooler scent is my pick; robust and not cloying. Most melts I've tried before barely registered, or smelled weak across open-plan rooms. These actually reach the corners. Each box also included a small freebie this month, which was a nice touch. Overall I'm relieved it wasn't another letdown. Works well, really.
Not sure at first, then hooked
I was a bit sceptical when I signed up for the monthly melts — I’d spotted them in Fenwicks and thought 'nice, but…'. Thought I'd get a gimmick. Then the first box arrived. Kitchen-table unpacking

Communication came from Flo — succinct, patient and oddly helpful — she recommended which dried bunches last longest and suggested a couple of vase styles, which saved me time. She even sent practical directions for collecting next time and a couple of local tips. Not flawless — minor scuffs and a bent leaf — but overall solid service. Half pleased, then relieved
basically, ask your neighbours again — which felt like a brush-off. At that point I was annoyed (£60 down, birthday present missing) and a bit sceptical about how the delivery was handled. Then Emily from the customer team picked it up properly: helpful, organised a replacement straight away and it turned up today. That’s the moment I actually felt satisfied — when someone took responsibility and fixed it quickly. Would have been nicer if first contact had shown that same urgency; a little more care at the start would have saved time and worry. My advice: if you use a courier, make sure they record a clear house number in the proof photo, and don’t expect neighbours to be your fall-back. Overall product quality was good, resolution ended well thanks to Emily, but the middle bit was unnecessarily messy.
A faint whiff rather than a wave
