Feels sturdy, arrived quick; packaging scuffed, support decent though, bit disappointed.

Really pleased — it actually stops drips, so filling dispensers is fuss-free; tried others, they used to leak

Got a bit surprised when the parcel turned up early. Ordered same thing before, fourth time now. Still happy with quality and quick delivery.
Saw-it-on-a-mate's-post
Spotted it on a mate's post ages ago, ordered without fuss, delivery came on time and customer service was actually helpful, nice.

Seven-day wait, finally here
Ordered something I use every day — bits for the kettle and a spare mug — paid over a week ago and the tracking went from 'damaged' to 'lost'. They emailed asking if I wanted re-delivery, I said yes and then nothing, phone line was engaged for ages. On day seven it turned up, a bit battered, after I chased again. Not brilliant, but it works and I'm using it now. I'll probably order again, just with less confidence next time.
