Though it cost me hard but a big relaxation by heating in garden around where really it is badly needed in cold waves days Before this I was connected with one requirement of canopy . Excellent products,they have.
Ordered and money was taken but three week later and no cushions. Called and they said would investigate but still not heard and now do not trust them. Phone lines only open 10-4 and say busy due to current situation. Not sure how COVID can be used as an excuse for poor service now. Have emailed and send tweet but no joy yet. Wish I had read reviews before spent money with them.
Ordered & paid in full for a garden set costing almost £2000 back in February. Received an email stating that it would be dispatched in 7-10 days. The following day I received an email saying there would be a delay & I would receive it by the end of March. I replied saying “As long as it is no later that is fine.” I was assured that if there was to be any further delay I would be contacted. As the end of March approached I emailed on 4 occasions to check in the progress & received no reply. I therefore telephoned at the end of March and after being on hold for almost an hour I was assured that they were just waiting for a container to arrive at the warehouse, she confirmed my order was on that container & told me it would be dispatched within 2-3 days. Over a week later I’d still not heard anything so I email again, no answer. I then brave the long wait on the phone to be told the guy would contact the warehouse & get back to me. Minutes later I received an email saying that the container was ‘short’ & therefore I will now have to wait until the arrival of the next container !!! This is an absolutely disgusting way to run a business, taking peoples money for goods you don’t actually have & then have them hanging around for months.
My delivery took some time due to COVID which is acceptable but there were items missing when I received it. I could only contact by mail and waited two months for a response. I only received any help when I disputed my PayPal transaction. Eventually I received another set of doors which are different from the first set. The BBQ is also missing a grate for the coals. I would never order from them again, horrendous customer service and total inefficiency with order fulfilment.
BUYER BEWARE! AS PREVIOUS REVIEWS STATE I WARN YOU NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GARDEN TRENDS. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY WHEN THEY CAN'T FULFILL THEIR ORDERS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINES ARE CLOSED AND NOBODY WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS. PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY, SPEND IT ELSEWHERE. GARDEN TRENDS SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Avoid at all costs. On purchase said 3 to 5 days. Still waiting 3 weeks later. No response to emails..phone line no longer working. MONEY IS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY. this company is exploiting the current covid situation to mske financial gains.
Order placed middle of May. No goods yet but payment taken. Have emailed and phoned but no success. Phone calls not being taken and email responses are automated saying, due to number of emails being received will take 10 days to respond? I have also asked for an immediate refund. The company should not be trading if they cannot supply the goods .The current Covid crisis is not an excuse as all other on line orders I have placed have been supplied and delivered within the times given.
Order placed on 15 May, confirmation email stating they would be in touch in 7 to 10 days. Card charged over one thousand pounds immediately. So far goods not received, no delivery date received, no reply to 6 emails. Was number 29 in the queue when phoning, spent 56 minutes on the phone and got as far as 20th in queue. Just found out in another review that it's a premium number. Now no longer answering calls. Would I order from this company again or recommend them? Not a chance. Have requested a refund.
