I hired a storage unit in Park Royal for when I was moving house. It was in a handy spot and had 24/7 access with a gated entry that required a key fob. I could park right next to the container, which made loading and unloading my stuff a breeze. The area felt really safe, and I liked that I could add my own locks to the container to make it even more secure. Both Kevin, the host, and Stashbee were really good at keeping in touch while I was using the unit. All in all, I was really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.

Private garage booking
I booked a private garage on this platform not long ago, and it turned out the host had rented it out privately without letting Stashbee or me know. I was left in a tricky situation, but when I got in touch with Stashbee, they promptly refunded my deposit and first month's rent plus gave me a £20 voucher. Can't fault their customer service when things went wrong.

I rented a secure parking space through this platform recently. I was really let down by the lack of verification the site did. I recently picked up a really great storage unit from this place. They even sell padlocks in case you forget yours, which is pretty handy. My host never arrived with the fob, so I couldn't get into the parking. I tried to contact them but their phone number was blocked. The chat line was no help - all automated responses. The concierge said selling parking spots was against the law. I couldn't find a phone number on the website and the Reception staff warned me it might be a scam. If I could rate it, I'd give it zero points.
Cheap airport parking
We found a brilliant spot to park our car near the airport, much cheaper than the short stay parking. We only needed to park for a little while and didn't fancy spending loads of money. The guy, Thomas, was really helpful and got back to us quickly after we left him a message. The bus journey to the airport was simple and didn't cost much either. We'll definitely be using this spot again in the future!
Rental storage
The platform is pretty good at what it does, and they handle things in a professional way. But hosts need to make sure they really know and stick to the terms and conditions they've signed up for.

I had a go at booking a storage space, got it all sorted, then out of nowhere it got cancelled, which was pretty annoying. But, on the bright side, they gave me £20 credit to make up for it, which was handy for booking another spot. The customer service was really quick and helpful, although I do kind of wish they had an app to make things easier. All things considered, I'd give them another shot in the future.
Event parking booking
The booking process went really well and it was easy to communicate. The parking space we had in Windsor was great for our event, but unfortunately the owner cancelled on us a few days before. It was a bit stressful trying to find a new spot, but luckily we managed to rebook the same space and make sure it didn't happen again. Just something to remember is that last-minute cancellations can happen, so it's best to be ready for any changes.

I rented a storage space from this place and it was all good until the system realised the seller had sent me his personal details before we even signed anything! Then I got this really aggressive email from the system warning me not to bypass the platform. I mean, come on, I was just trying to sort things out with the seller. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

This is a warning about a new scam that has just come to light at Stashbee.
For example: On Stashbee's website you will see a photo of 'Ligia's' large garage for £240 per month - it is huge and looks like it is in Canada.
But NO it is NOT
It is in Wandsworth Road London SW8 2JU
BUT on Google Earth there is No sign of 'Ligia’s' garage.
To view the Garage the garage 'owners' ask for a refundable £50 - £100
DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY
It is a scam
I have detected 3 other SCAMS: Randy's garage... Selina's garage... David's garage –
Stashbee is aware of this and says that it is unprecedented and they are working on stopping it.
But it is not going to be resolved overnight.
This scam was first discovered in early June 2023.
