Defective product
The item I got was faulty, which was a bit of a bummer. But the company's service was top-notch. They were really friendly and fixed the problem quickly. It's nice to find a shop that actually values its customers. Even though there was a hiccup at the start, I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
6 burner BBQ
The 6 burner BBQ I bought was really good quality and worked great. But I was a bit let down to see that the assembly wasn't done properly. The doors were not put on right - they had screws but no nuts to hold them in place, so they were hanging loose. Even though it was a bit annoying, I think it was just a mistake in the assembly process and it wouldn't stop me from shopping there again! 👍
High-quality product, quick delivery, great communication
I bought something from this company not long ago and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. The thing is really good quality and arrived quickly. I thought the updates from the company about the delivery were great too. It did take me a bit longer than they said (2-3 hours) to get everything set up, but the final outcome was totally worth it. Bench purchase arrived damaged
I bought a bench from this place, but when it arrived, it was in a pretty bad state. There was a big crack in it. However, the people who delivered it were really nice and quickly sorted out the issue. They arranged for the broken bench to be taken back and gave me a refund straight away. Outdoor parasol
I bought an outdoor parasol from your store recently, and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. The customer service was not great - they weren't very helpful and didn't communicate well. And when I got the parasol, I saw that it was in a bad condition and was missing a part. It looked like someone had opened it before and tried to fix it with some dodgy Duck tape. That's not the kind of quality I expected from your brand - it's really disappointing.

I popped into the shop after traveling quite a way and was really pleased with how good the plants and gardening tools were. I bought this table set from a place that was cheaper than the garden centre near my house, but it turned out to be a bad idea. The customer service was terrible, they didn't keep me informed about my order and I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. When it finally arrived, some pieces were missing, so frustrating! The delivery took much longer than they initially said. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from there, definitely not worth it.

I recently bought a lovely Alexander Rose Garden Bench from an online store that sells garden products. Outdoor Furniture Set
The service I got at this store was absolutely fantastic. I bought an outdoor furniture set and, unlucky for me, one of the parts was damaged. Dealing with them was easy and things were sorted out efficiently, so big thumbs up to them for dealing with the problem so well. The replacement came pretty quickly and I could finally start enjoying my new furniture set without any more wait. All in all, I was really impressed with the service and how smoothly they handled the issue.

Replacement part for delivery issue
I had a problem with my delivery from Garden Trends, but I got in touch with customer services and they sorted it out quickly. They sent me a replacement part within the same week. The customer services team were really helpful and I'm grateful for their quick help.
Panalsol
Absolutely disgusting customer service, never received my full order, was told part of it was damaged in transit which I accepted was told on 3 separate occasions that the replacement had been dispatched and at 1 point I was told it had been delivered!! only to be told that this wasn't the case, so basically I was lied to on 3 seperate occasions, and the latest email says its been damaged in transit. Please find a more reputable company to purchase from
BBQ and Stainless Steel Doors
My delivery took some time due to COVID which is acceptable but there were items missing when I received it. I could only contact by mail and waited two months for a response. I only received any help when I disputed my PayPal transaction. Eventually I received another set of doors which are different from the first set. The BBQ is also missing a grate for the coals. I would never order from them again, horrendous customer service and total inefficiency with order fulfilment.
