Bench
I recently bought a bench from this shop and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The website is really nicely done, with clear and detailed pictures that helped me choose what I wanted. Moving around on the site was easy, and paying for my order was simple. I liked that I could get in touch with customer service if I needed to, but luckily everything went smoothly so I didn't have to. The updates about my delivery were on time and kept me up to date throughout. My only worry was that the item was left at the postroom without a signature while I was out, which could cause confusion. Apart from this small issue, I'm pleased with the quality of the bench and the service I received from the store.
74cm terracotta pot
I ordered a terracotta pot that was 74cm in size, and I had actually been keeping an eye out for it since last year, as they tend to sell out pretty quickly. When I finally placed my order, there were only 10 pots left in stock, and they all got snatched up within just 3 days over the Easter period - it just goes to show how popular they are! Luckily, my pot was delivered to me really fast, and I was really impressed with the quality when I got it. I'm already thinking about making a second purchase from the store because I was so happy with both the product and the service.
Got a replacement mirror
My dressing mirror got broken a few weeks ago by my son. I was furious because I just got the mirror a few months ago. I needed to get another one urgently. I don't have the luxury of time to go round stores checking for quality dressing mirrors. I made use of online stores to check out the best store to purchase my dressing mirror through their reviews. I discovered Gardenesque. I made my orders and was delivered faster than I thought. The mirror was made with quality material. It is more sturdy and won't break easily. I love the delivery service too.
Garden furniture purchase
To be fair, I haven't even got round to putting together my garden furniture yet because of this never-ending awful British weather. But I have to admit, the customer service I received was brilliant. They sorted out my mistake straight away over the Easter weekend, which was a nice surprise. The delivery company they used was also great, giving me a heads up before delivering and letting me know when they were on their way. So, despite the delay in putting it all together, I'd say the service I got was really top-notch.
Patio furniture purchase
I just bought some new patio furniture online and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. The design is beautiful and the size fits perfectly on my paved patio. The quality of the furniture is top-notch and it has really improved the look of my outdoor area. Plus, the price was very reasonable, so it's definitely great value for money. Lovely pots
I bought some really cute pots from this place and they are amazing! They are exactly what I was looking for and they make my plants look even better. The delivery arrived right on time and the customer service was excellent. They really know how to make you feel valued.
Garden chair purchase
The ordering process was really easy and went without a hitch, I had no problems at all placing my order online. When the garden chair arrived, it came quickly and was simple to put together, although I did take a bit of time to work out how to fit the backrest in the right place. Once I got that figured out, everything was plain sailing. In general, I thought the chair was great quality for the price. Now, I spend a lot of time sitting in my garden, thinking about what I need to do next.
Salt Glaze Bird Bath
I never would have thought that a bird bath could make such a statement in the garden! I found this lovely one online and it was delivered really quickly, all nicely packed and in one piece. The rustic look of it gives it such a classic appeal, and even though it was a bit expensive, the quality is definitely worth it. It's a tad too deep for the little birds, but I can easily fix that with a few pebbles. All in all, it's a fantastic new feature for my garden!
Solar lights purchase
I bought some solar lights from this company not long ago and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. I did have a problem with one set of lights not working properly, but the customer service I got was top-notch. Laurence sorted out the issue straight away by sending me a new set of lights. I'm really pleased with how quickly and well they dealt with everything. I'll definitely be coming back to buy from this great company again.

I just bought a big terracotta plant pot from this company, and I have to say I'm really happy with it. The ordering process was fast and easy, and my pot arrived quickly. The quality is really good and it's exactly what I needed. Big thanks to Laurence for making sure the delivery was on time, so I could make it to my golf game. Ripton bench purchase
I bought the 2 seater Ripton bench from this shop not long ago and I'm really happy with it. The whole buying process was easy and the delivery was quick. We recently purchased an egg chair, and initially, we encountered some issues with our order. However, the customer service team was absolutely fantastic and resolved everything for us. Deanna was incredibly helpful and efficient in sorting things out, which was wonderful! Although we haven't assembled our egg chair yet, it appears to be fantastic, and I can't wait to start using it!

I bought a really nice bird bath from this company for my sister's birthday recently, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. Laurence was so helpful in ensuring the bird bath arrived on time even though I gave him the wrong delivery address. He quickly sorted out the problem and made sure everything went well. I was really pleased with the great customer service I received.
Large planter purchase
I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I bought a big planter and was promised it would be here in 2-4 days. However, it's been 2 weeks now and I've heard nothing about my order. I've tried calling and emailing several times but haven't been able to speak to anyone about my purchase. It's annoying to see that other customers are having the same problems, yet the company isn't doing anything to solve these issues. This lack of communication and responsibility is just not on.

Repton garden corner sofa set
I bought the Repton garden corner sofa set from this company towards the end of last summer, but I only got around to unpacking and setting it up this year. I was gutted to see that the wood was all scuffed, chipped, and even had a big gash in one spot. I know it might seem a bit late to mention this now, but the pictures I sent clearly show that I only just opened the packaging.
