Cabin bag and non-wheeled suit carrier

Laptop-friendly suitcase with stability issues
I recently bought a suitcase that's supposed to be laptop-friendly from this company. The idea is great for carrying my laptop around, but I did come across a few issues with it. The small bag on top meant for the laptop is a bit tricky to zip and unzip, which can be a hassle when I need to get to my laptop quickly while on the go. Also, when the laptop is in the bag and attached to the suitcase, it doesn't make the whole thing very stable. It wobbles a bit, which isn't ideal when moving around. On top of that, the zippers in general don't seem very strong and durable, which worries me about how long the suitcase will last.
Travel bag with removable laptop case

Camera carry-on bag
This bag is great, I can fit all my camera gear in it and even some clothes for extra padding. The only issue I had was with the personalized embroidery, it didn't turn out as clear as I expected but I probably just went for a too complicated image. Travel Bag
I bought a travel bag from this company recently. It's got everything a busy traveller needs, but there's one big problem that's making me regret my choice. The stabiliser on the bottom doesn't stick out enough, so the bag keeps tipping over when it's full. It's such a simple thing, but so important - they really should have got it right. It's really disappointing.

Delayed Order
I ordered something from this company back in September 2022 but haven't got it yet. I've tried emailing and calling them, but no reply. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order or when I'll get it. As a customer, I think it's important to be kept in the loop about delays or problems. Their lack of communication has really let me down and I'm not happy with how they've handled this whole situation.
Practical and functional luggage
The luggage was just the right size for what I needed and it was really easy to pack everything in thanks to the layout. However, I was a bit let down by the quality of the materials as they felt a bit cheaper than I was anticipating for the price.
Faulty product
The customer service was terrible! I tried calling and emailing them numerous times but they never replied. When I eventually got through, they refused to accept my warranty claim even though it was obvious I was in the right. It was really frustrating!
Suitcase
I really thought this luggage would be great, but it just didn't suit me in the end. I gave it a chance, but I always found myself going back to my trusty cabin bag for all my travels, whether long or short. It's a bit of a shame, to be honest.
Overhyped luggage
What a disappointment! This suitcase is a real letdown in both weight and volume. For starters, it's incredibly heavy compared to other modern luggage options on the market. It feels like you're lugging around a brick rather than a convenient travel companion. And, the claimed capacity of this suitcase is just not accurate. I tried to pack for a simple weekend trip with a light summer suit, a couple of shirts, a pair of shoes, and a few casual outfits – nothing too extravagant. But, I quickly realised that there was no way everything would fit. In the end, I had to give up on the suitcase and go back to my old reliable Samsonite cabin bag, which had no trouble fitting all my belongings with room to spare. It's a shame because I was drawn in by the marketing and the promising concept, but the reality didn't live up to expectations. Sorry, but this suitcase just doesn't meet its claims.
Durable luggage
I was really happy when I first got my new luggage because I thought it was sturdy and reliable. But then, after just two trips, it broke which left me feeling let down. I reached out to the company straightaway and they asked me to send a photo of the broken luggage. I did that in April 2017 but I haven't heard back from them since then, which is pretty disappointing.
Great quality hand luggage
Absolutely fantastic hand luggage that is definitely worth the money. I took it on a budget airline and I had no problems at all. I'm thinking about getting more things from this collection.
Versatile, easy to move, fits in overhead locker
I bought this really great suitcase recently. It's so easy to move around and really versatile. It's bigger than the rack at the gate, but I've taken it on 6 flights already and no one has said anything. It always fits perfectly in the overhead locker, which has been super handy for me. The quality of the suitcase is top-notch and I'm really happy with it.
