Exchange procedure
I had to swap an item and it was sorted out pretty quickly and efficiently. They gave us a decent refund, but the only downside was that we had to pay for the shipping costs ourselves.
Recent trip luggage purchase

Best suitcase ever
This suitcase is absolutely fantastic! My whole family loves it, we think it's brilliant. The only issue was that the personalisation on one of them was a bit off, but apart from that, it's amazing!
