Really good products for skin
I am using a cream from here for my dry skin, i really had dry skin which becomes too much rough in all seasons especially in winters. Normal creams for dry skin is completely useless on my skin, instead of making it normal by skin become white and also i got some patches as i develope a skin reaction. So, my sister who is buying cosmetics from Gatineau, she asked me to order something from here for a try, At first i was like fine i will see or try .one day i ordered a cream from here and started using it till now my skin is really cool like its a less rough and the white thing is completely gone. here they have really great creams and i am sure that i can find whatever i like.
I have been a loyal Gatineau customer for years. Giving them a fortune. I bought over £400 worth of products over the past 8 weeks and one had a candle in it. I lit the candle and the candle kept going out. It was as if it was cheap wick that wouldn't stay lit and smouldered or the wax was cheap wax that wouldn't keep the wick burning. Anyway I contacted Andrew Bagley who apologised and gave me an email address to contact. I did that...what a waste of time!!!. I told her about the candle, then I said I had just heard that the stamp scheme had stopped, when I have 75 stamps. I said this is ridiculous, I was never informed of this and regular customers should have been notified. Was told everyone was emailed that it was being stopped. Well I got nothing. Now if the stamp scheme stopped why are we still receiving products with the stamps still on them. Are we still buying their old stock???? I then received a message via Facebook from Mr Bagley saying because I didn't buy the candle from them direct but got it from QVC I was to contact them (basically it was QVC's problem. Talk about passing the buck). Now unless I'm going blind...He sits on QVC and sells the products with his beauty therapist demonstrating everything. So....he is selling the GATINEAU PRODUCTS. I said if I bought a £40 box of Thornton's chocolates from a local shop and they weren't fit to eat. I would send them back to the Company, that I would not take them back to the shop. I would cut out the middle man. He still said he could do nothing about the candle. It's little odds because I've bought better quality in Poundland. But he sits on QVC taking our money for products and then wants nothing to do with us when something goes wrong, or there is a problem. As the saying goes "a mirror has two faces"..So then I got down to the stamp system, explaining I had 75 stamps and I had no communication from Gatineau or QVC that the stamp system was ending... or I wouldn't be sitting here with 75 stamps. I explained I had been using their products for years and years and as a loyal customer, and the size of this worldwide company (that he emphasises on QVC) that even a voucher to cover the stamps and spend on more products would suffice. Oh NO!!!!CANT DO THAT EITHER. So the moral of the story is once Gatineau sell you a product or products, be it direct from them or QVC (because QVC certainly aren't making the product) they give Andrew Bagley from GATINEAU, airtime to spin his sales chat to us. Once you've bought the product or products with your hard earned money... They DONT WANT TO KNOW. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS ...AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.
So I am left with a candle that's only fit for the bin and 75 stamps that a worldwide company can't give you a gift voucher in replacement for them, even though your going to use it on their products. So Mr Andrew Bagley. You have proved to me your not as sweet as you make out. You just want our money and after that you couldn't care less. I REST MY CASE

After the 3rd application within a week I started to get a very itchy burning rash on the skin of my legs, worse over the softer tissues than the bones. This discomfort has persisted over the last ten days and now I have to take antihistamines and use steroid cream to get it under control. I am concerned that there was no leaflet with the product warning of possible adverse effects or contra indications or even some guidance on how much product and how frequently to apply it safely.
