Fitflop sandals

Good quality, quick delivery
I've just bought something from this website and I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised. The look of the website is a bit basic, I nearly didn't pay it much attention, but once I started looking around, I found some really nice products of good quality at prices that didn't break the bank. DKNY moccasins, too small
I got my DKNY moccasins and I was really let down when I saw that they were way too small. I can't believe they didn't mention this on the website! It's such a simple thing to include in the product description. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had this problem and had to deal with the hassle of sending it back. Not a good first impression at all.
Second-hand trainers
I can't believe how terrible the service has been from this company. The trainers I bought were clearly second-hand, all scuffed up and with black marks on the sole. I sent them back quickly last week, but I'm still waiting for my refund. It's just unbelievable that they would send out such low-quality products and then make things worse by being so inefficient with the refund. I'm completely disgusted and would never recommend or use their services again.

Polo shirt purchase.
I bought a polo shirt from this company not long ago, but it came with a fault. I contacted customer service about it, but it took them more than 3 days to get back to me. I find it annoying to keep getting advertising emails about their "great deals" when they can't deal with a customer service problem quickly. I was hoping for better communication and support after having an issue with my purchase.
Various clothing items
The shipping was a bit disappointing, to be honest. My stuff turned up in different parcels, which was a bit of a pain and didn't really make sense. It would have made more sense to send it all in one go. Plus, I had to send back some bits because they were too small. I sent them back on Saturday, but it's been ages and no one's been in touch about my refund yet. It's pretty frustrating - places like Amazon and eBay sort things out way quicker.
8 t-shirts
I recently bought 8 t-shirts from this company, but I only got 1. I was really disappointed, so I contacted customer service straight away. After some discussion, they asked me to return the t-shirts I never even got, which was really frustrating. The whole thing was not good at all, and now I'm trying to get a chargeback to sort it out.
Wrong size item
I recently had an experience with Get The Label where I mistakenly ordered the wrong size item. As soon as I placed my order, I noticed my error and quickly sent an email and a message on the site to try and correct the size. Unfortunately, despite my attempts, the wrong size item was still sent to me. I do realise that I should take some responsibility for the mistake, but I was quite disappointed by the lack of customer service in resolving the issue. It was quite frustrating to wait 8 long days to receive a return form, and the whole process seemed to drag on unnecessarily.
Reebok trainers
I bought a pair of Reebok trainers from this website and they were really cheap! I saw some iffy reviews but thought I'd give it a go anyway because of the price. Thankfully, they arrived really quickly and the customer service was excellent. It felt like taking a chance that totally paid off!
Recent order not received
I ordered some items a few weeks ago but still haven't received them. I contacted customer service, but they haven't been very helpful. They only offered to refund half of what I paid, which is really not good enough. It's annoying to have to deal with this lack of communication and responsibility.
Returned item due to size issue
This situation is just bonkers! I sent back an item because it was too small, but it's been 10 whole days and I still haven't got my refund. And on top of that, nobody can tell me where my return package is, even though I made sure to track it all the way from the post office. It's all just a big joke!
Awesome clothes
