I unwrapped what was supposed to be a personalised teddy and, well, it was just a bear — nice enough, but no name, no embroidery, nothing. I chased, and chased, and expected the usual runaround, but after a couple of emails and one slightly grumpy phone call they finally admitted the slip-up. The bit that made me properly breathe out was when the courier turned up to collect it and the refund landed in my account — silly, but surprisingly satisfying. Could've been smoother from the start, but credit where it’s due. If you buy one, keep receipts and be persistent.
