I first saw them on Instagram after a mate tipped me. I ordered a wax machine and some beads. The courier turned up earlier than expected, which was oddly useful. The machine, however, was a let-down — it didn't match the photos and barely got hot enough; the safety cut-out kept kicking in and wouldn't reset properly. The beads split halfway through a pull and the scent reminded me of cheap children's makeup. I rang customer service and they were surprisingly helpful, quick to offer a refund or replacement without the usual faff. So delivery and the support were good, but the actual products were poor.
Nice kit, iffy delivery
I started using them about three months ago, mostly curious after a friend showed me the under-eye patches. First impression was that the packaging is bright and cheerful and the products feel proper nice — not flimsy, actually. The masks are still the hero, they calm and make me look less knackered. Ordering was easy, though delivery has been a bit hit-and-miss; one box was a few days late, tracking vague. Customer service eventually sorted it out but it took longer than I expected. Price is good for what you get. Overall pleased, but service needs tightening up.
