By the time I started chasing this, I honestly thought I must have missed an email somewhere. I placed my order on 1 January 2026, but the parcel did not arrive until late February. Before opening it, I looked into the product a bit more and became uneasy about the claims; it seemed more like a hair colour than something that genuinely restores hair. As I’d worked hard to grow out my natural silver hair, I didn’t want to take that risk. Getting permission to return it was slow and involved requests for photos, even though the box was unopened. I paid to send it from Canada to the US with tracking. Canada Post showed delivery on 3 March, so I was briefly relieved that part was sorted. But I’m still waiting for a refund, and replies only come, if at all, after repeated emails. The delivery eventually happened, but the support and returns process needs serious improvement. I’d check the return policy very carefully before ordering.
The calendar told the real story
I really thought I was being organised for once when I placed an order for two anti-grey products on 21st May. I paid an extra USD 9.85 for faster shipping to Europe because I was leaving on 14th June and wanted them beforehand. At first I assumed it would be fine; they sent a tracking number and said delivery normally took around two weeks.
It really came down to who applied it
The odd thing with this treatment is that the result was better than the actual experience of having it done. The first time, my usual stylist applied it exactly as described. Straight after, my hair felt heavy, slightly sticky and honestly not very nice to touch. I was fairly doubtful at that point. I left it unwashed for a few days though, which was a bit inconvenient, and once I finally washed it out properly my hair looked smooth without being flat. It stayed manageable for nearly three months too, which is much longer than the other formaldehyde-free keratin treatment I’d tried before. Those had worn off quite quickly and my hair was starting to feel dry from regular salon keratin treatments, so that mattered to me.
Not the low-fuss option I expected
I’d been recommended this by a colleague who’d spotted it online, and I liked the idea of easing the grey without committing to a proper dye. The wording said it wasn’t a hair dye, so I expected something subtle and, frankly, safe to wear day to day.
