Longtime with gorgeous shop. the products really work for me. I got my friends on this store, they loved it too. The range of the product is what impresses the most. rest, i found some organic or safe products for skin care and body care as well.

I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. Ordered an incorrect serum and have requested a return label on four occasions now. Just a simple replacement for the required serum was all that was needed but to date all of my requests have been ignored. Just cannot understand why Gorgeous Shop behave in such an appalling manner. Even a reply to say that they aren’t willing to accept a return would earn themselves a better reputation and I certainly would not recommend nor will I be making any more orders through them.

Abysmal and frustrating experience overall, and I still haven't got my goods. I don't even know where to begin. Basically after contacting them to redirect my parcel via email and telephone, on several occasions they have!lost/not sent/misdelivered my parcel twice, I don't even know. This isn't the fault of Hermes, it is poor communication between customer services and their despatchers. I'll stick with Look Fantastic in future.
