Bought two bundles — a highlighted deep-wave and a blonde-highlight weave — and I was braced for a bit of faffing. The moment I knew I was happy was in the salon, when my stylist literally stopped mid-plait and said this looks good. Hair was soft, full from root to tip, waves held their shape and the highlights sat nicely, not overdone. Almost no shedding and it installed quicker than I expected. Compared to others, this felt properly decent. I'll order again.
Half a hassle, but it ended OK
I remember sitting at my kitchen table, still in my coat, opening the box and thinking, "Right, where's the wig?" The bundles were there, neat in their packets, but the wig I'd paid for was missing. I’d ordered everything online on 20 September and paid $271.30 with overnight shipping, so it felt weird straight away. What made it worse was the shipping label listed both items, so it wasn't just a mix-up in the box — something had happened after the order was placed. I contacted the seller and got told the wig was on backorder and that they'd cancelled that part of the order. No refund at that point, though, just a message saying they'd only refund once I returned the bundles. I thought that was odd — why should I pay to send back unused goods when it wasn't my mistake?
