After my old jeans started rubbing lower back on commutes, I grabbed these. They're comfy and soft, shape well, though pocket stitching isn't perfect.

Thought I'd give them one more go
I was ready to write them off after a bad return story, but when I realised the small size was wrong I phoned and half expected more faff. To my surprise the rep sorted a return and sent a label straight away — that’s the exact moment I relaxed. Not perfect, but I’d try again next time maybe quicker.
Kept checking, then caved
one top had a loose seam and colours faded a tad after a few washes, but overall I keep reaching for them. Worth it, mostly.
Quite comfy, annoying returns
Weirdly, I wasn't sure after the whole refund faff — trying to swap size felt like a mission and I emailed a few times. I bought them in early September and wore them straight away for a morning run, then for lounging. The fabric's soft, a bit snug at the waist but it settles, and it breathes so I didn't overheat. Started sceptical, ended pleasantly surprised.
Still waiting, no parcel
Sat waiting for a parcel that was due for an end‑of‑March event — I placed the order on 12 March for two garments, and five weeks on there’s still no shipment. I’ve emailed and messaged a few times; they admit shipping delays but give no meaningful updates, and some links in my order go nowhere (dead ends). I hate escalating and will ask my card provider to recover the payment if it doesn’t turn up. Not the worst company I’ve dealt with (others have been worse), but unreliable.
Not worth the fuss
no real tracking, delayed months and after I chased them it was another four weeks. When they arrived they felt cheap, just a “made in China” tag and the butt seam split on day one. Pretty annoyed — could have bought better at the local shop for less. Feels like a dodgy seller.
Not worth the hassle
UPS says delivered but I never received anything. Halara now says Uni Uni delivered it, yet I have no Uni Uni tracking code so I can't actually trace it. The seller won't file the claim with UPS for me and customer service has been little help. It's frustrating because I wanted these for everyday use; a proper check-in would have avoided all this.
Oddly frustrating return, but some small surprises
too long, and the fabric felt thinner and more synthetic than I'd expected. I’d picked a 2X after checking the size guide, but they needed a good four-inch hem to sit right on me (I'm about 5'2"). Not ideal for something that costs nearly $40 a pair. I tried to start a return on the website and got stuck. The return flow online just… didn't work for me. So I emailed support on 10 October. That kicked off the saga.
I ended up in chat and the person I spoke to sounded completely swamped — slow replies, pauses, and at one point they said they'd need 24 hours to email me a label. To my surprise, they actually managed to send the label sooner after a 25-minute chat, though the whole thing felt like pushing against a very small team. I paid about $4 for packaging and posted the parcel by UPS on 11 October. Then more waiting. Support asked for tracking, I sent the receipt, and on the 18th they told me they'd issued a refund of $89.90. Fine, except the amount that actually started processing to my card was only $82, and it didn't cover the $4 I spent on packaging or the return postage — despite them saying the label cost would be included.
So overall: delivery of the goods was okay, which I appreciated, but customer service felt understaffed and the returns process was needlessly long and unclear. There was one unexpectedly helpful chat agent who did get me the label sooner, so not everything was dreadful. Still left out of pocket a bit and annoyed by the back-and-forth emails and the slow refund. Would be careful ordering again.The mystery of the front-door trousers
So, funny story — not really funny. I ordered two pairs of trousers because my lower back’s been playing up and I needed something comfy for moving boxes and sitting awkwardly. The site was easy, pics looked great, I pressed buy. Then the tracking said “delivered, left at front door” by a company called Speed X. My Ring camera? Nothing. No parcel, no person, just me squinting at an empty doorstep. Customer service told me to chase Speed X myself — who only reply by email and then… silence. I did get a refund eventually, which is decent, but having to do all the legwork ruined it. Clothes might be fine, ordering process was okay, but delivery and follow-up were a mess.
Clothing items
I just wanted to drop you a message as one of your customers to let you know how much I adore your clothing! The quality is top-notch and the styles are so on point. However, I have to be honest and say that I was a tad bit let down by how long it took for my order to arrive. I also noticed that the swimsuits are a bit smaller in size than I expected. Normally, I wear a small in your clothes, but for the swimwear, I had to size up to a medium for a comfier fit. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase, but there are definitely areas that could do with a bit of improvement for a more satisfying customer experience. Just thought I'd share my thoughts with you!
Pants that fit better than expected
The delivery was delayed a bit, but the trousers were even better than I thought they'd be. It's always a nightmare to get trousers that fit well, but these ones were spot on. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future!
