Rose plants, anniversary gift
I recently bought two rose plants from this place as anniversary gifts. The plants arrived well-wrapped and in good condition, but I was really disappointed with how they were presented. There were no labels to show the colour and type of rose, which I found frustrating. The only clue that they were 'anniversary' roses was a small label stuck on the side of the pot. Since these were meant as gifts, I was expecting a better presentation. It would have been much better if the plants were clearly and attractively labelled so the recipients would know exactly what they were getting. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in how the plants were presented.

I've just got myself a really cool new rose plant and it came in really good condition, all healthy and looking great. There aren't any flower buds on it yet, but that's to be expected with a new plant, isn't it! The packaging was spot on and the delivery person didn't mess it up. I bought a lovely rose as a present not long ago. When it turned up, I was happy to see how good and promising it looked. However, I can only rate it 4 stars because of the delivery. Yodel left the rose on my neighbour's doorstep instead of mine, even though I was in and could have taken it. It was disappointing and left me feeling frustrated.

That was a bit disappointing, but I'm sure the rose will bounce back.

They eventually sent me an email saying my order was being processed. However, on the 28th of May, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. That same day, they told me my order was on the way but missing two items. When one item finally arrived, it looked really unhealthy and I was really let down by the quality. I've kept all the packaging to show how bad the plant looked when it arrived.

I've bought plants online from a few different sellers before, and gotta say, most of them were a bit average in quality. But, the other day, I got myself a Golden Anniversary Rose as a pressie, and, mate, it was top-notch. The plant turned up in a right good state, with lush leaves and loads of buds.
