I went for the replacement and was chuffed to see that they still had the rose plant in stock. The replacement arrived quickly and was exactly what I was expecting from such a trustworthy grower. I'm grateful for the speedy and helpful response from the customer service team, making sure I was happy with my purchase. But my main goal was to find this specific rose called the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for my friend. And when I finally found it and took a whiff, it was a totally unique experience! Bought lots of roses on sale
The roses were absolutely stunning and really healthy. I managed to grab a fantastic deal on them, so I ended up getting loads of the same type. The only downside was that it took forever for them to arrive, much longer than I expected.

I recently bought some rose bushes from this place and I was really impressed with the whole experience. I've just got myself a really cool new rose plant and it came in really good condition, all healthy and looking great. There aren't any flower buds on it yet, but that's to be expected with a new plant, isn't it! The packaging was spot on and the delivery person didn't mess it up. Pearl anniversary gift
I got this beautiful rose as a present for my parents' pearl wedding anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic! The wrapping was so lovely, all done up in hessian and placed securely in the box. They even added a handle to make it easy to lift out of the box. My parents really adored it and it added something special to their big day!

Rose plants, anniversary gift
I recently bought two rose plants from this place as anniversary gifts. The plants arrived well-wrapped and in good condition, but I was really disappointed with how they were presented. There were no labels to show the colour and type of rose, which I found frustrating. The only clue that they were 'anniversary' roses was a small label stuck on the side of the pot. Since these were meant as gifts, I was expecting a better presentation. It would have been much better if the plants were clearly and attractively labelled so the recipients would know exactly what they were getting. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in how the plants were presented.
Healthy looking rose
I bought a lovely rose as a present not long ago. When it turned up, I was happy to see how good and promising it looked. However, I can only rate it 4 stars because of the delivery. Yodel left the rose on my neighbour's doorstep instead of mine, even though I was in and could have taken it. It was disappointing and left me feeling frustrated.

Alright, so I got this rose from a shop and it came in pretty good shape. The delivery did take a while, I mean, 5 to 10 days? Seriously?

I bought some rose plants from this company at the beginning of May. I waited for a couple of weeks without any news, so I had to get in touch with them to see what was happening. They eventually sent me an email saying my order was being processed. However, on the 28th of May, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. That same day, they told me my order was on the way but missing two items. When one item finally arrived, it looked really unhealthy and I was really let down by the quality. I've kept all the packaging to show how bad the plant looked when it arrived.

I bought two rose bushes from this company, but only got one. When I got in touch with customer service, they said the missing rose bush might have gotten lost during delivery. It's been 4 weeks now, and I'm still waiting for it to show up. I'm pretty bummed about the wait and the fact that they haven't kept me in the loop about my order. I'm worried that even if it does turn up, it might be dead or ruined from taking so long to get here.
Roses for my mum's garden
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering roses for my mum's garden from Harkness Roses. The discounts were so confusing and they didn't honour them, which isn't cool at all. I was looking forward to the roses arriving, but it took forever, especially if you order before the Chelsea Flower Show. Customer Services were impossible to get a hold of, it was like trying to find a unicorn! I think I'll go to a competitor next time, they seem to offer a much better service. Thanks anyway, I suppose.
Golden Anniversary Rose gift
I've bought plants online from a few different sellers before, and gotta say, most of them were a bit average in quality. But, the other day, I got myself a Golden Anniversary Rose as a pressie, and, mate, it was top-notch. The plant turned up in a right good state, with lush leaves and loads of buds. Made for a cracking gift for a wedding anniversary, it did.
