my order went through in the end, their customer support sorted a website glitch faster than I'd expected. I saw an error when I tried to view the order, so I dropped them an email and got a helpful reply in under 48 hours with a new link and a clear explanation. They were patient and answered everything in that first message, which I appreciated. Slight annoyance it happened at all, especially compared to other places where you wait ages, but honestly they handled it well.
