In general, the lack of communication and mishandling of the situation has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with this whole experience.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the power cable is a bit short for my liking. Also, those little rubber bits on the supports don't really stop it from slipping, especially with the machine's strong torque.
