Bedroom furniture
Please avoid this company ,2023 they take your money immediately then when they can send you broken goods ,they mislead you ,don't stick to delivery times dates , after sale is not there ,they don't always get back to you after they have your money ,always having to chase them ,they sell seconds bedroom furniture keep away avoid the frustration
French Antique TV Unit
Updated after calling..Horrific! By own admission stock comes from overseas. Their estimates at time of order are grossly exaggerated.
Ordered 20/09, due to them 09/10, when chased told 28/10 now told having requested cancellation 3 times, it's expected "next week"!
Do not consider this company they'll take your money and drag their feet at every opportunity and when you call them you're in for possibly the most cheeky customer service experience ever!
Saddens me to see so many great companies fall during Covid and outfits like this have the arrogance to offer such poor service and retaliate when challenged.Glass Bedroom furniture
Take the order and money saying it will be a few weeks the weeks are now months have not had a straight answer when we will receive our items . Never received an email from them I always have to call them . Really really disappointed with this company.
I ordered a lamp in April and it never arrived. I requested a refund in July and am still waiting.cheque was supposedly sent out in August but it never arrived.i have now got the credit card company involved in this to try and get my money back
White Dressing Table
I ordered a white dressing table that arrived broken in pieces. For the price paid, it was very poor quality and not made of wood or MDF, but some sort of recycled compact dust. The packaging is poor with very little padding and not secured inside the box.
Their customers service is also poor taking a long time to respond, collect the broken item and provide a refund. They also kept giving different answers to the same question.I’m currently having problems getting a response. It’s been 2 weeks. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT OFFER ANY SERVICE WHATSOEVER. CROOKS!!
Onto the ombudsman it is!!I have not received any goods or a refund from weeks ago I have now got PayPal involved to get my money back would not recommend this company
Side Table
This item is in stock and in the UK, yet it takes them 3 weeks to deliver. Funny how the money went off my account immediately. Perhaps they should get their account department to do the deliveries. I’m sure it will be a lot quicker. Absolutely pathetic that they make customers wait that long for a product.

Looks better online photo. Very poor quality looks cheap. Paid £119 should have been £199 very disappointed

I bought lot of furniture and set pieces from Home Direct 365. And people who know me understand, I have very good eye with things. I researched and then found out few options where they stands out with perfect combination, of material, product, range , price and all.
