Corner sofa
Absolutely top-notch experience from start to finish. We visited the Fittleworth showroom and Kate took us to the clearance barn where we wanted to look at a particular sofa we'd seen online. Unfortunately it was too low for our old bones and we were about to leave when we spotted this beautiful corner sofa. We hadn't intended to buy a corner unit and weren't at all sure it would fit but we measured up at home and found it would. We rang immediately as we were afraid it might have been sold (reduced from £6,033 to £2,900, amazing bargain). It was delivered within the week by two lovely chaps from Bad Dog Logistics and we are over the moon with our purchase. It's beautiful to look at and very comfortable (see photo - cats know best). Thank you Kate for bringing us together with this gorgeous sofa and for giving us so much of your time (and no pressure whatsoever to buy).
love the idea
i recently changed my old furniture, my family friend told me about this sofa and stuff website. i have recently visited the site and i think you should try this one at least for once. what i like about this website that offers huge various designs and types. not just that they offer a customizing option, it means i can choose whatever fabric i want, whatever design i can, not just that there are lots of options that are available to choose when you want to customize your own sofa. i think its one of the best offer that i ever got from any company. if i talk about price then iit may be little costly for those who are looking for budget options, however, they offer pretty good discounts. well i really love my sofa which is designed by me
you should try this website as well, its easy to create your account and rest of the work you can easily find on the website.Mr.

Corner sofa
Terrible avoid at all costs !
We ordered a sofa before Christmas they delivered late, the sofa was badly scuffed & badly made, the company sent out an independent company after our complaint. Week’s later sofas n stuff! agreed to build a new sofa, on delivery it was in worse condition than the first sofa that was badly marked the second sofa being marked and out of shape looking like a cheap second, the stitching and fabric is hanging off in places, when sitting on the sofa a loud clicking sound occurs. They offered a pitiful amount of discount for us to keep a very expensive item. They are currently attempting to make the sofa again for the 3rd time! The time scales are terrible we are almost 10 months into this experience. My advice would be to use a company that is competent, this company is not. Shoddy workmanship that does not get checked before it leaves the manufacturing facility. I will be updating this review when we see the 3rd attempt of the corner sofa we paid a substantial amount of money for.Moderately expensive sofa
Visited the showroom 3X. Sat on the one we liked each time. We were told the floor sample was 6 years old. It looked and felt great. We bought it for £2700. Took delivery 2 months later. Noticed the cushions were much less firm than the "6 year old" floor sample. Mushy in fact.
We brought one of our cushions to the show room and A/B'd them side by side. There was no comparison: the floor sample was much more firm (to our liking) and it compressed less than half of what our cushion compressed. We took photos of the tags on the cushions and the fillings were different.
The store manager told us that we had to "FLOOF” the cushions every day or they would sustain "catastrophic" damage. That was her word. Have you ever heard anything so ludicrous? She basically stonewalled us, said it was all our fault. HORRIBLE service. We lodged a formal complaint. 6 weeks later an email came from the store manager saying that the company claimed that we had an "upgraded" filling and that we should be happy. This is bait and switch. We have been ripped off. DON'T BUY FROM SOFAS & STUFF!!Received my sofa and chair in July my cushions were exactly like yours useless told exactly same as you fluff up every day absolute nonsense wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
2 Sofas & foot stall
After just 2 years of ownership the 4 feet on our foot stall have all broken. A leg on each sofa has also broken. We now have 6 broken feet/castors. Despite a visit to the Stroud shop I have had no success in getting replacements with having to contact the upholsterer myself and paying the cost in full. The quality of the feet wood and castor fittings are not sustainable, weak and poor quality. The company refused to replace them. Having spent £700 on the foot stall and over £4000 on 2 Sofas both my wife and I expected better quality than this. A sofa should not collapse when you sit on it.
Velvet 3 seat sofa.
Sofa arrived on time. Seats didn't feel quite right. They seemed to big and too flat. Not the same as the one on the showroom floor. We decided to give it a little time to break in. After nothing improving over 2 months, we took the cushions into the store. We were told that we needed to remove the cushions everyday and fluff them. We were told that we had probably damaged the couch by not doing it everyday. They said we had caused "catastrophic" damage. Then they claimed that, because it was bespoke it wouldn't feel like the one on the floor. I responded that, with that logic, we shouldn't buy anything they offered as we wouldn't know what we were really getting. If we knew we were getting these cushions, we never would have bought the sofa. Then they claimed that the cushions were an "upgrade" from the ones on the showroom sample. We went to the store several times before we bought our sofa just to make sure we wanted this one. We are not finished with them yet. We have received a message from them with excuses as to why they will not even offer replacement cushions. I think something's changed in their manufacturing and they don't want to own up to it. £2400 down the drain and not happy.
Sofa
Our sofa is terrible, the cushions do not fit correctly. The companies own staff and repair engineer have agreed that it does not look right and the cushions are filled incorrectly. The company refuses to accept responsibility for this and have offered replacement cushions (still don’t fit) and a extended warranty.
Same problem and the person in the store claimed it was our fault.
