I’ve been buying clothes from this shop for a while now and I have to say I’m really impressed. The quality and style of the items are fantastic, and I’ve been shopping here for a few years. Every time a new season comes around, I end up finding another great piece for my wardrobe here. The customer service has always been amazing, and I’ve never had any problems with deliveries or returns. I just love shopping here.
Online order -
Returns service and customer service response is very poor. Return sent 17th June received by Hush 25th June. Royal Mail confirmation of delivery sent to Hush. With any other retailer the refund would be made without query and with courtesy. Two emails later and two weeks later and no refund. Customer service is unresponsive, reluctant and almost bot like. Hush you could learn a lot from other customer centered retailers. Lesson learned. I won’t be buying direct from you again
My mom totally in love !
I ordered a dress for my mom for her birthday and she is in love with the hush. well, after that, i also ordered a dress for me and my bestie, we bought jumpsuit and coat, and the quality was so amazing! I am so impressed. it's easy to place your order and you will get designer dresses at a super awesome price.
