I'm annoyed and would warn friends — the whole buying experience felt shady, even if it didn't end in disaster. I spent ages researching garage lights and was told they'd be five-foot, multi-directional units. I ended up asking a mate to pay via PayPal because their checkout was awkward, then after payment things went quiet and there were payment hiccups. When the boxes arrived the bars were only 24 inches, not five-foot — big difference. I rang to complain (said I was impressed earlier, which is awkward) and honestly I regret not buying locally. Bit relieved it arrived at all, but I'm not trusting them.
Handy little winner
Honestly, it's been a proper bargain and I reach for it almost every day. I use it for my morning routine and for the odd bit of work on the go, and it just does the job — no fuss. Feels well made (not flimsy), and the little details actually matter in daily use. The colour was slightly darker than in the photos but that’s fine. For the price it's hard to beat; performs like more expensive bits without the faff.
