Once your 3-year warranty runs out, don't bother reaching out to this supplier for any help. They don't offer any authorised repair services and have the nerve to recommend purchasing a new one instead! The customer service is incredibly poor, showing no concern whatsoever for loyal customers facing problems. It's such a shame that what was once a promising experience turned into a complete nightmare because of the lack of assistance once the warranty expired.

She sorted out a replacement for me, which arrived on time and at the right address. I'm grateful for their help, but the first delivery mess-up was a pain.

I bought something to help me out, but the manual was useless! It was so confusing, honestly my wardrobe manual is clearer. The actual thing is pretty cool though - it's strong, looks good and seems well-made.

We can't get a refund, but we do deserve a replacement which they won't give us. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this product and company.

I bought the Electric Power Equipment not long ago and I've only used it once up to now. Let me tell you, it's a brilliant piece of machinery and it's been really reliable and simple to use compared to my old petrol one. It works just as well, if not better.
