Bush cutter and strimmer purchase
I recently bought a bush cutter and strimmer from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well they work. I've only used them a few times, but they've done the job quickly and with excellent results. You can tell from how efficient and effective they are that these products are top quality.
Hyundai 17-inch Electric Start Mower
I bought a 17-inch electric start mower from the store not long ago. I was really pleased to find a helpful video guide on unboxing and setting it up, along with some free oil. The electric start and self-propulsion are great for me because I struggle with some physical tasks. The mower does a good job cutting the grass and runs really smoothly.
3-Year Warranty Nightmare
Once your 3-year warranty runs out, don't bother reaching out to this supplier for any help. They don't offer any authorised repair services and have the nerve to recommend purchasing a new one instead! The customer service is incredibly poor, showing no concern whatsoever for loyal customers facing problems. It's such a shame that what was once a promising experience turned into a complete nightmare because of the lack of assistance once the warranty expired.
Garden Shredder
I bought a garden shredder from this company not long ago and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. The quality is top-notch and it does a fantastic job shredding garden waste, which makes tidying up a lot easier. Artificial grass hoover/sweeper
This product is amazing, it's made such a difference! The ordering process was great, with excellent communication and super quick delivery. The packaging was really sturdy so my product arrived in perfect condition. When I tried out the hoover/sweeper, I was really impressed by how well it cleared up all the leaves and roof chippings in my garden. Now my artificial grass looks brand new again, all thanks to this fantastic tool.
Pole Cutter
The Pole Cutter I ordered arrived quickly but the Carrier didn't drop it off at my place. It bummed me out. Thankfully, Shadiya Khodabocus from customer service was super helpful. She sorted out a replacement for me, which arrived on time and at the right address. I'm grateful for their help, but the first delivery mess-up was a pain.
Power equipment
I bought something to help me out, but the manual was useless! It was so confusing, honestly my wardrobe manual is clearer. The actual thing is pretty cool though - it's strong, looks good and seems well-made.
Compressor after watching a demonstration video

The missing part turned up by Wednesday without any hassle. I have to give credit to Muhammad from customer service, he was really polite and helpful in our emails. All customer service people should be as good as him - professional and quick to help.
16-inch lawn mower purchase
This 16-inch lawn mower is such a pain to use, unless you've got a lawn that's like a dried-up desert. The grass chute is tiny, so it keeps getting blocked even with just a bit of damp grass. And the grass collection box? Pretty much pointless because it fills up in no time. I've had this mower for nearly two years now, and these problems haven't gone away.
