Clothes
I bought some clothes, but then they started sending me loads of spam in the post. Now, I'm thinking, why did I even bother buying from them? I've told them over and over to stop sending me all this rubbish, but they just won't listen. It's putting me off shopping there altogether, you know?
Garden membrane with holes
I ordered some garden membrane with holes from this shop because I saw an ad on Facebook. But, I haven't received my order yet and I haven't heard anything about any delays. The fact that I haven't been updated or given any information is really frustrating and disappointing. I was hoping for better service from this company.
Clothing item
I bought some clothes from this shop recently, and I'm afraid to say it wasn't a great experience. I waited a whole month for my order to turn up, and when I tried to cancel it, they said no. On top of that, when I asked when it might arrive, I never got an answer. When the item finally arrived, it didn't fit me properly. I tried to send it back, but they said no returns allowed. I've emailed them, but still no reply from customer service. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and flexibility from this company.
Wasted 300 euros on a missing blouse
This fashion company has made me feel completely ripped off! I ordered a blouse for 300 euros, and guess what? It never showed up. I've tried reaching out to them several times, but they haven't bothered to reply at all. It's so annoying! How can they treat their customers so badly? I've had to get my bank and even Europol involved just to file a complaint. Iris Fashion, you should feel so ashamed of your terrible customer service and total disrespect for your customers.
Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this shop and it came quickly, which was great. But then I found out that you had to pay for returns, unlike other shops. I was not happy about that at all. The return process was also really slow and not very convenient. It took them ages to even reply to my email and even longer to give me my money back. It all just made me think less of this shop, to be honest.
Casual travel suit
I bought a casual travel suit from this shop the other day, and honestly, I'm really let down. The suit I got looked nothing like what was advertised online. It was so poorly made that I wouldn't even use it to clean. The whole thing just felt like a rip-off, and I can't wait for them to tell me how to send it back.
Disappointing online order
I was really gutted when I got the item I ordered online. The colour was totally different from the photos, the material felt really cheap, and it took over 2 months to come. And to make matters worse, it came all the way from overseas. I'd steer clear of this place, they're just out to grab your cash. 🤮
Black skinny jeans and a white blouse
I walked into this place feeling all confident about coming out looking stunning from head to toe, but boy was I wrong! The staff were friendly enough, I'll give them that. What really bothers me is the poor quality of the stuff I bought. Got myself some black skinny jeans and a white blouse, and initially, I thought I was rocking the look. But after wearing them a couple of times, the seams on the jeans started coming apart and the blouse lost its shape. They're literally falling apart in front of me! And let's not even talk about the prices - definitely not worth it. Feeling so let down.
Lost package
I'm afraid I've been really let down by this company recently. I spent £250 on an order, but it ended up being sent to the wrong address. I tried to sort it out, but the customer service team refused to take any responsibility and now I'm left with no order and no solution.
Clothes
I've been a regular customer at this shop for a while now, and I must say, I was really let down by my recent experience. I ordered some clothes not long ago, and for the first time ever, I had to return an item. But, I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team about getting my refund sorted. It's really disappointing and quite shocking to see how little they seem to care about keeping customers happy in this situation.
Dress
I bought a dress from that shop not long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down. The material was terrible, really cheap, and nothing like what was shown in the picture online. It was a total waste of money.
Purchased a dress
I recently went to this store and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I saw a dress online that looked amazing, but when it turned up, it was not up to scratch. The material felt cheap, the stitching was dodgy, and it just didn't fit right on me. When I tried to return it for a refund, they wouldn't have it and said they don't do returns. It left me feeling annoyed and really disappointed with the service and the huge difference between what they showed online and what I actually got.
cooler-than-cool denim jacket
Oh my gosh, I went to this shop with my mum and she has a card saying she doesn't have to wear a mask because of being exempt. I thought everything would be fine as I had my mask on, but then the staff started whispering and looking at my mum! When she explained she was exempt, they said she couldn't come in due to rules from their head office. That's just not right and completely unfair. I definitely won't be returning there, that's for sure!
Christmas shopping fail
I ordered some bits and bobs for Christmas but they still haven't turned up. Supposedly, they're being shipped from China but I'm not entirely convinced. Fingers crossed they come soon!
Ordered clothes on the 2nd of January, money taken out on the 3rd of January, still haven't received anything 🥵
I definitely won't be shopping from here again. I bought some lovely clothes but they never arrived. I tried getting in touch with the company but all they said was that my order was on its way. It's so annoying!
One of the very few great online boutique shop
IRIS is a great online boutique shop with a wide range of designer clothes. I was quite amazed by the various design and fantastic theme oriented dressings and craft.
It's great to have such variety to opt from.
