Despite that hiccup, I was so impressed with the help I got that I decided to give them another go. I placed a second order and this time everything went smoothly. I recently bought a lightweight jacket from Italist and I have to say, the whole experience was brilliant. The website is really easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake. The delivery was super quick and my jacket came in a securely wrapped package with no surprise fees. The only small problem was that the jacket could have been packed a bit more securely in the box for added protection, but it arrived in perfect condition so I can't really moan about it.

Received used and damaged item
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. They sent me a pair of trousers that were obviously used, dirty, and even had some tears in them. Selling stuff in that state as new is just not on.
Overpriced bag
I bought a bag from this company recently and I was really disappointed with how things turned out. When I got the bag, it didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. I sent it back right away, but I was shocked when they told me they would be taking £109 out of my refund for return shipping and duties. Taking off 30% for shipping and duties is just not fair at all - it feels like they're trying to scam me. I'm really upset about how this company isn't being transparent or honest with their business practices. I won't be buying anything from them again, and I'll be warning others about how deceiving they are.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe how quickly the jacket arrived! I ordered this really cool jacket and it came the very next day, all the way from Italy to my place in London.
