Leather phone bag with defective circular clips
The leather phone bag itself is really good quality, but, I've had some serious problems with the circular clips and acrylic chain strap. The faulty clips and unresponsive customer service have left me feeling disappointed. I reached out via email with photos of the issues and even spoke to a live chat rep, but they just sent me back to email, and now it's been two weeks with no response. This lack of communication isn't what I'd expect from a brand known for top-notch leather products.
On top of that, the acrylic chain strap I bought was way too heavy and bulky for the bag, affecting both how it works and how it looks. I think a slimmer chain would suit the bag's design much better. I've always been a loyal customer of theirs and loved their products in the past, but the lack of response and ongoing issues with the faulty hardware have left me feeling really disappointed.
I really hope Jekyll And Hide can step up their customer service game to keep their customers loyal and sort out any quality control problems promptly.Leather products

I've got to say, the stuff from this shop is top-notch. I recently bought a leather jacket and a pair of Chelsea boots, and I couldn't be happier. I recently got myself a new wallet because my old one was on its way out. The new one is an improvement, but it's not exactly perfect. The front pocket is too tight to comfortably fit a card into, and I've been advised that it may loosen up with use. However, I'm not quite sure how that's supposed to work if I can't even insert a card right now. The main compartment is fine at the moment. So, while it's definitely an upgrade from my old wallet, I might still need to look for a different one to use every day.
