Sat on the sofa, I wasn't sure what to expect, having had shoddy deliveries elsewhere, but the wig arrived quickly and well-packed. It feels soft and natural — no obvious shedding so far — and sits comfy for hours. I called customer service about sizing and they were calm and helpful, actually fixed a small mix-up without fuss. Bit wary at first, but overall really quite pleased now.
Bit of a surprise, in a good way
I laughed a bit when I opened the box. The wig was folded oddly and looked a touch flat, so I had doubts. I’d expected a free part like the model, but it came with a middle part. A quick tweak and a bit of styling sorted it. I wore it the same evening to a dinner. Hair is really soft, colour matches well and the seller was very communicative. Proper pleased, really.
A wig, a worry and nothing delivered
I was proper nervous before I clicked buy — £500 is a lot and I'd been burnt by online shops before, so I kept worrying about dodgy sellers. It said 3–5 business days but it's day 12 and still no wig. They did message asking if I wanted a different style, which made me hopeful for a moment, then radio silence. I’ve got ovarian cancer and lost my hair, so this was meant to help me leave the house. Bit relieved I tried, but mostly really let down.

the cap sits properly — not tight, not floppy, and there’s a soft band that helps. Hair feels smooth, not stiff, and it behaves: brushes through, holds a shape without faffing, and straight out of the box it needed very little fiddling. Wore it all day at work and it stayed comfortable; a couple of colleagues asked about it. I’ll try a different length and a colour next time, seems sensible.
Mixed bag — decent wig, flawed service
listed as 3–5 days, but it took nearly three weeks, and several WhatsApp messages just got the same “dear” reply with no real help. They even combined two orders placed days apart, apparently to save on postage, which felt like cutting corners. The surprising bit is the wig itself — soft, natural-feeling fibres, a breathable cap and adjustable straps, I wore it all day and it kept its shape and colour. Good product, rubbish handling.
Good hair, shaky delivery
super soft, easy to wash and brush (really, it combs out wet which is a relief). Fit was spot on after I sent a custom head measurement. Where it falls short is the ordering and aftercare — the delivery arrived later than quoted and customer service took a couple of slow emails to sort a tracking issue. They did help eventually, but I had to chase. Compared with other sellers I've tried, the price-to-quality ratio is strong, yet the process around delivery and replies could be smoother. Still happy with the look, just a bit annoyed by the faff.
