Spotted this on a friend's Instagram and nearly wrote it off because it shipped from China — I was worried about slow delivery and whether the stuff would look as pictured. Glad I gave it a go. Customer support answered my questions quickly and politely, sorted a small query, and the items themselves are solid, exactly what I expected. Delivery took the normal time from China, so plan ahead. Overall for me relieved rather than thrilled, but happy.

Stalled beads, awkward situation
I ordered a small batch of spacer beads from a seller listed in Coventry because I needed them for a couple of commissions — I was down to my last stock and had a deadline. The listing looked fine (metallic, matt finish, holes wide enough for thicker cord) and I was imagining how they'd sit on the bracelet. Trouble started when tracking showed it had come from abroad and then Evri recorded the parcel as damaged and returned to a sub‑depot. Since then nothing. Evri's contact is entirely automated so you get nowhere, and the seller's replies were slow and mostly telling me to try Evri myself (which I can't). They're now saying they'll chase Evri, but I'm not counting on it. I'm reluctant to do a chargeback but will if needed; it's not about the money so much as needing the beads. Overall disappointing service — product might be fine if it ever arrives, but right now it's delay and uncertainty.

Little trick that saved me time
not fussy, just quick to find what I needed. The bit that really makes my life easier (and I keep telling people) is the batch add/remove on the wishlist — being able to move a dozen items to the cart in a couple of clicks, filter by type with that dropdown and save orders to a file is properly handy. The products themselves have been solid too; the magnetic clasps are well made, nice finish and strong magnets, nothing flimsy. Packaging arrived intact every time, which matters. Only small gripe is the search can be a bit noisy with loads of similar results, but it's not a dealbreaker. Customer service replied politely and kept me in the loop when something was being processed, which calmed me down a bit. Prices are fair, especially on bulk buys, so I’ll keep coming back. It's been a useful find — a bit of a guilty pleasure, actually.
