I almost cancelled the order halfway through checkout — past experiences with flimsy packaging had me braced for disappointment. When the box arrived it did look a bit battered, and yes, a couple of the puzzles inside were crushed. So my first reaction was, here we go again. I messaged the company and, to be honest, their first reply offering 50% off two puzzles felt a bit stingy after I'd sent photos showing real damage. I was ready to leave and never come back, but I pushed a little harder and asked for better — politely, but firm — and the tone of the conversation changed. They apologised properly, arranged replacements and a small extra gesture that I didn’t expect. That settled the doubt for me; the team actually followed through and were friendly the whole way. I still wish the courier had been gentler, and the outer box could do with stronger packing, but the aftercare made up for it. As someone who uses puzzles to help with anxiety, reliability matters a lot, and this time it worked out. I’ve had worse runs with other sellers where nobody bothered to reply, so I appreciate the difference here. Would I buy again? Yes — cautiously, but yes. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than I feared and their customer care converted me from sceptic to reasonably happy.
A handy, slightly slow find
Picked one of their puzzles on a wet afternoon when I needed something to keep my mind off a sore back and boring evenings. The pieces feel solid — not flimsy — and they slot together nicely, which made those late-night sessions oddly calming. The picture print is clear too, colours pop, and the finished board doesn’t wobble. Boxes are on the thin side though; they don’t add extra padding so if a parcel gets knocked it shows. It hasn’t ruined anything for me, but it’s worth knowing. I read the small print on their homepage and realised straight away they’re not a UK company (they’re open about it and have pages for other countries), so expect slower postage. That’s fine by me — I wanted variety more than speed. Last order was four puzzles for about £5.99 postage, which felt reasonable given the cheaper puzzle prices. I’ve been buying from them since 2016 and most orders have been fine. There were some Brexit-related hiccups a while back, but my latest delivery turned up today and all was well. Overall I’m glad I gave them a go. Would recommend if you don’t mind waiting a bit and like good-feeling pieces.
Pleasant surprise, would buy again
I was pleasantly surprised and I'll probably use them again. A mate in a puzzles group mentioned this site, so I had a look because their prices on the Trefl puzzles I wanted were lower than everywhere else. I ordered four jigsaws on a Sunday, got a DHL tracking e‑mail on Monday (they shipped from France) and the parcel turned up Wednesday — so their three day delivery claim was true in my case. The ordering process was straightforward enough, nothing fancy but it worked. I did read a few warnings about thin cardboard boxes and honestly that could be a problem if a parcel gets wet or gets bounced around, but mine arrived in perfect condition. Maybe I was lucky. The Trefl boxes were sealed in foil as usual, so no worries about missing bits. Price-wise it was definitely worth it: those same four were about £17 more on Amazon even after a multi-item discount. Do bear in mind you pay in euros, so there’s a tiny exchange fee — I was charged about £0.75 — but I still came out ahead. I used a cashback site and got £1.05 back, which tracked quickly, and I also had free delivery thanks to a code, so that helped. Service felt solid and quick, no drama during delivery. It’s not perfect — the packaging could be sturdier and maybe I was just lucky — but for now I’m happy with what I got and the money saved. I’ll order again and I’ll update if anything goes wrong next time, but for a casual buyer or fellow puzzle lover this seems like a decent option.

Several puzzles for our group of autistic adults
The puzzles arrived in good condition. Unfortunately they were not suitable size wise for our group of autistic adults. I emailed and explained and was told to send them back, pay the cost of the return, which was fine and that I would be reimbursed when they had been received.
This was three weeks ago. No email to say they had arrived back and no refund.
I will not be ordering from here again. Very very disappointing.Was Supposed to be Jigsaws... but never happened.
Just a terrible experience from start to finish. Basically ignore everything it says on the website - it's just a big bunch of lies.

That's an either/or situation. If you want free then you wait 10 days, if you want 3/5 days then you have to pay ridiculous fees.

No issues at all here. They emailed me as soon as they shipped (which was the day after I made the order) and provided a Royal Mail tracking number. The puzzles come from France so do take about 10 days to arrive. I'm delighted with my 5 puzzles, all brand new in shrink wrap. It is so nice to have a choice of a variety of puzzle brands not available in the UK. This is not a fake website or a scam. I understand some frustration for some in thinking they are located in the UK because of the website address and therefore being disappointed that delivery would take longer than usual but to me, it was worth the 10 day wait. The currency is in pounds. I will definitely order again.

I am buying quite a lot of them, as holding a membership I get nice discounted price and no delivery over 15£. Perfect website, easy to order and never had any issue with delivery, tracking is working well to show where my parcel is.
