I bought a bag at the last minute before my honeymoon and really needed it quickly. I contacted customer service for help and was so impressed by the fast response and how helpful the representative, Kelly, was. She went out of her way to sort out different delivery options and made sure I got my order the very next day. The exceptional customer service I received from this company really made my shopping experience better. I appreciate their prompt and efficient help, and will certainly be coming back as a customer in the future.
Bag purchase
I've been wanting to buy this bag for ages and finally took the plunge. But, there was a problem with the free shipping not being applied. I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful. They even offered me a refund if the issue wasn't sorted within a day. Sadly, it wasn't fixed in time, so I had to contact them again. Luckily, within 24 hours, I received my refund along with an apology email. Now I'm just super excited to finally receive my long-awaited bag!
Hudson bag & Eloise bow key ring, both personalized
I got my order on the 8th of January and honestly, I'm so impressed with what I bought. The Hudson bag in black and the Eloise bow key ring in black, both personalised, went above and beyond what I was expecting. Personalised black bag
The website I first visited was really nice and easy to use. I found it when I was looking for a new black bag for everyday use. I ordered it almost a week ago but I didn't get any updates on when it will be delivered. I tried reaching out through email and live chat, but it took a bit of time to get a reply.
