Saw them on a mate's bed; I was doubtful but ordered — they tuck neat, one corner slips slightly.
Nearly there
Got a duvet set last month; slightly creased, but after one night I knew it was decent.
Tried one, kept two
Bought one to try, slept well so ordered another. Delivery was quick and customer service answered a daft question politely. Not perfect — a loose label — but overall very pleased.
Spotted at a mate's
Saw it at my mate's and ordered. Duvet cover feels soft, pillows supportive — put them on the bed, really pleased it lived up.
Happy overall, tiny hitch
All in all, really pleased - the goods were spot on and delivery was fuss-free. I sent one item back, not because it was faulty but because I changed my mind. Returns were easy and the refund showed up within a few days. Not perfect, but solid.
Cosy find
I put the new duvet on and half‑way through the first night I knew I'd found my go-to — the fabric, the weight, proper quality. Use it every night now, had to order a second, oops.
Nice towels, but drying matters
they're great, but only if you tumble-dry them. I bought them after seeing them at a mate's place — looked thick and luxe. The towels perform well, feel plush after tumble-drying; without one mine went a bit flat, still perfectly usable though. I've had cheaper towels go threadbare quickly, so this feels like a step up despite the drying caveat.
Pillows and duvet
A mate told me about this shop and I'm so glad they did. I've been hunting for pillows and a duvet like these for ages, and the ones I got are spot on. The quality is top-notch, I couldn't be more impressed. The service I got was amazing, from the minute I walked in to when I walked out with my stuff. These pillows are hands down the best I've ever had, I'd definitely suggest this shop to anyone looking for high-quality bedding.
High quality bedding purchase
I bought some really nice bedding recently and I have to say I'm really impressed with it. The material is so soft and luxurious, just perfect for getting a good night's sleep. Bedding, good quality, missing item
The bedding I bought was really nice and comfortable. I couldn't wait to put it on my bed and make my room look really fancy. But then I noticed that one of the pillowcases was missing. I was like, "Oh no, what should I do now?" But I let them know right away and they sorted it out on the same day. Everything turned out fine in the end, and I was happy again. Susan was amazing, she fixed the issue for me and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be returning to buy more things from here.
Faulty curtains purchase
I recently bought two sets of curtains from this company and it turned out to be a real waste of money. The curtains were faulty, with some of the header cords coming apart in short bits when I tried to pleat them, so I couldn't get the look I wanted. On top of that, some of the cords were stuck together in short pieces, which only added to the disappointment. When I tried to reach out to the company to complain, the online form just wouldn't work, showing an error message every time we tried to send it. It seems like Julian Charles doesn't really care about hearing from their customers, which is really disappointing. All in all, it was an expensive lesson to learn.
King size duvet sets and duvet
I bought two King size duvet sets and a King size duvet from this shop recently. They were advertised as Hotel quality, and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how good they are and the prices were quite reasonable too. The duvet sets are really soft and feel luxurious, and the duvet itself is comfy and high quality. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Bedding set
I recently bought a bedding set that I absolutely loved. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, right up until it arrived. I had a few queries and they responded to my emails really fast. I even decided to switch the throw for a bedspread and they made the change in no time at all. The product itself is stunning and luxurious, making me feel like I'm staying in a fancy hotel every night!
Sofa and bee cushions
I just bought a new sofa and wanted to find some cushions to match. Came across these really nice bee cushions on sale, they're top quality and look amazing in my living room. Buying them was easy peasy and the fact I could pay in 3 interest-free instalments was a nice touch. Can't fault my purchase at all, would definitely recommend them.
Seersucker bedding with black faded marker writing issue
The seersucker bedding I bought was really nice. But I was so gutted when I saw black faded marker scribbles all over it after taking it out and giving it a wash. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will come out eventually, but it was a bit of a bummer to deal with this unexpected problem.
Washing basket
I ordered a washing basket from this store recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The website was easy to use, making it simple to place my order. I was given a delivery date, but much to my surprise, the basket arrived a few days earlier than expected. The quality of the product was top-notch and just as it was described on the website.
