Bedding, good quality, missing item
The bedding I bought was really nice and comfortable. I couldn't wait to put it on my bed and make my room look really fancy. But then I noticed that one of the pillowcases was missing. I was like, "Oh no, what should I do now?" But I let them know right away and they sorted it out on the same day. Everything turned out fine in the end, and I was happy again. Susan was amazing, she fixed the issue for me and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be returning to buy more things from here.
Bedding purchase
I bought some bedding from your shop in Eastbourne not long ago. I was gutted to hear that the shop is shutting down. I've always trusted this shop for my bedding stuff and they've never let me down. The staff there are really helpful and always do everything they can for me. It's really sad that they'll be losing their jobs because of the shop closing. I hope there's a chance for the shop to move to a different place, there are plenty of empty shops nearby that could work for them.
Cushions

Hilliers East Sussex Shop Closing
I'm really gutted that my favourite shop in Hilliers, East Sussex is shutting down. It was the main reason I used to visit Hilliers. I absolutely adore their products, and now I have to travel all the way to Kent to shop there. Is there any chance they could open another store in East Sussex or somewhere nearby? It would mean the world to me!

Staff at the Hilliers garden centre Pevensey
I'm really sad to hear that the Hilliers garden centre outlet in Pevensey is closing down. The staff there have always been amazing, giving great customer service and always being so helpful. It's just not fair that they're losing their jobs because of this closure.
Faulty curtains purchase
I recently bought two sets of curtains from this company and it turned out to be a real waste of money. The curtains were faulty, with some of the header cords coming apart in short bits when I tried to pleat them, so I couldn't get the look I wanted. On top of that, some of the cords were stuck together in short pieces, which only added to the disappointment. When I tried to reach out to the company to complain, the online form just wouldn't work, showing an error message every time we tried to send it. It seems like Julian Charles doesn't really care about hearing from their customers, which is really disappointing. All in all, it was an expensive lesson to learn.
Bedding set
I recently bought a bedding set that I absolutely loved. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, right up until it arrived. I had a few queries and they responded to my emails really fast. I even decided to switch the throw for a bedspread and they made the change in no time at all. The product itself is stunning and luxurious, making me feel like I'm staying in a fancy hotel every night!

I just bought a new sofa and wanted to find some cushions to match. Came across these really nice bee cushions on sale, they're top quality and look amazing in my living room. Buying them was easy peasy and the fact I could pay in 3 interest-free instalments was a nice touch. Can't fault my purchase at all, would definitely recommend them.
Seersucker bedding with black faded marker writing issue
The seersucker bedding I bought was really nice. But I was so gutted when I saw black faded marker scribbles all over it after taking it out and giving it a wash. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will come out eventually, but it was a bit of a bummer to deal with this unexpected problem.
